If you can't contact the person you're trading with through email, you can request this person's contact information (name, city, and telephone number) directly from eBay.
Click the “Advanced Search” link, located under the Search button in the top right corner of most eBay pages.
Under the Members section on the left side of the page, click the “Find Contact Information” link and follow the instructions.
The information you request will be sent via email to your registered eBay email address. This information can only be used in accordance with eBay's Privacy Policy.
Note: The user whose information you are requesting will also receive your contact information.
Remember that everyone sometimes has emergencies, illnesses, or computer problems. If your trading partner doesn't respond right away, first check their feedback to see what others have said about them. If they have mostly positive feedback with little or no mention of problems, be patient – they may not be able to respond to you right away for legitimate reasons.
Note: If you have requested your trading partner's contact information and it is invalid, please review eBay’s False or Missing Contact policy and learn how you can report breaches to eBay.
