eBay doesn't allow offers to buy or sell listed items outside the eBay online marketplace. Offers like this circumvent eBay's fees and are a potential fraud risk for both buyers and sellers.

A seller has listed an item on eBay and is looking for a quick sale. Under what circumstances can they sell the item to a buyer outside eBay?

a. If there are no bids on the item and a potential eBay buyer offers to buy the item outside the eBay marketplace.
b. If there are no bids on the item and the seller offers to sell the item outside eBay to someone else.
c. If there are bids on the item and the seller cancels all bids and ends the item early to sell it to one of the bidders through a pre-arranged deal.
d. The seller can not sell the item outside eBay while the item is for sale on eBay, and can not cancel bids and end the item to sell the item to one of the bidders outside of eBay.
