The PayPal Free Listing Day promotion begins at 00:00:01 BST on 23 October 2003 and ends at 23:59:59 BST on 23 October 2003.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to all PayPal and eBay members in good standing who list their items on eBay.co.uk on 23 October 2003. For each item listed, PayPal must be ticked as an accepted method of payment on eBay's Sell Your Item form. Unlike previous PayPal promotions, the transaction does NOT have to be completed using PayPal to qualify.

HOW IT WORKS: For each transaction that satisfies all of the above requirements, eligible members will receive a basic listing fee credit from eBay. All other fees including optional feature fees such as Gallery, Bold, Reserve Price, Featured, Buy It Now, or Final Value fees still apply, as do PayPal fees.
