Picture Manager is eBay's new, fully integrated online picture hosting solution. With Picture Manager you can upload pictures for all of your items quickly and easily. You can organise, crop and remove them without ever leaving the eBay site. Picture Manager enables you to list faster by giving you easy access to all your pictures from both the Sell Your Item form and My eBay. Once you subscribe to Picture Manager, you will no longer need to upload pictures individually for each item and can add multiple pictures to all of your listings without paying any extra fee.
How is Picture Manager different from other picture hosting services?
Picture Manager is integrated in My eBay, the Sell Your Item form, Selling Manager Pro and Shops. My eBay is your one-stop shop for managing your pictures, creating your listings and tracking your sales. In addition, when subscribing to Picture Manager you can enjoy the convenience of transferring all your pictures currently hosted by eBay Picture Services into Picture Manager with just one click.
From the Picture Manager Home in My eBay, you can quickly organise and rename your pictures, and create and manage your picture folders. Embedded directly in the Sell Your Item form, Picture Manager makes it easy to select the pictures you want to insert into your listings. Selling Manager Pro users will also find Picture Manager in their listing forms and Shop users can Shop their logos and Shop Layout pictures in Picture Manager. Why is eBay producing a picture-hosting tool?
eBay has created this new picture-hosting tool for the following reasons:

- To improve the usability and reliability of picture hosting on eBay.
- To increase the flexibility of eBay Picture Services by allowing users to host pictures at their original sizes and to use the same pictures over and over.
- To help sellers list faster and safer. Sellers can now manage and access their pictures from both My eBay and the Sell Your Item form and can watermark pictures with their User ID.

How can I get Picture Manager?
Picture Manager is available for subscription from the Picture Manager home page. Once you are subscribed, Picture Manager appears in My eBay under Selling.
How much does it cost to use Picture Manager?
Picture Manager is available via a monthly subscription for a fixed amount of storage space. Once you subscribe to Picture Manager, you can add multiple pictures to all of your listings without paying any extra picture fee. Picture Manager offers three levels of storage space:
- 50 MB for £4.99 per month
- 250 MB for £9.99 per month
- 1 GB for £19.99 per month
Your monthly subscription fee is automatically added to your eBay account and will appear on your monthly invoice.
All Shop sellers receive 1MB of storage free with their Shops subscription to host their Shop logo and Shop layout pictures. Featured and Anchored Shop sellers also can benefit from the following discounted pricing:

Which Web browsers and Operating Systems does Picture Manager support?
Picture Manager supports Internet Explorer 4.0 and later versions, Netscape 4.0 and later versions as well as Safari 1.0 and later versions. To use the enhanced mode, which allows you to crop and rotate images and optimises images on your computer for faster uploads, you need to be using Internet Explorer on Windows.
