You can buy and print postage from your PC as soon as you sell your item. All you need is a PayPal account. You can create an account on the
PayPal website.

Once you've received payment for your item through PayPal, a 'Print a Postage Label' button will appear in your Account Overview. Click it to:

• Pay the postage cost
• Print the postage label (this will appear in a pop-up window, so you may need to temporarily turn off your pop-up blocker)
• Buy extra cover in case of loss or damage
• Print a customs declaration form

Make sure you use the appropriate packaging for the item you're sending. Here are some tips for safe and secure packing:

• Use padded envelopes for sharp edges and odd shapes
• Make sure any outer containers are strong enough for their contents
• Make sure fragile items don’t touch each other or the side of the container
• Pad out containers with cushioning like bubble wrap or polystyrene chips (available from most Post Office® branches)
• Write your return address on the item
• Write your contact name, address and telephone number inside
• Seal securely with nylon or vinyl tape along all edges and openings
• Flatten any sharp edges, staples or metal fastenings, and cover with tape
• Use a 'FRAGILE' sticker if necessary
