For Parcelforce Worldwide services (Parcelforce Worldwide express24, Parcelforce Worldwide express48 and Global Priority, you can book a collection when buying your postage label.

You can book a collection to take place up to five working days after you've bought the label (except Saturdays). You may be charged if the driver arrives on the selected day and there is nobody available to receive the item.

You can track your parcel online at royalmail.com or at parcelforce.com if this is included in the postage service you have chosen. You can also track your parcel in My eBay or in your PayPal Account Overview.
