Terms and Conditions

On Saturday 26^th and Sunday 27^th May 2012 (local UK time), eBay.co.uk registered Private Sellers who list in an eligible category using the Fixed Price / Buy It Now (BIN) format on eBay.co.uk, will not pay an Insertion Fee on the first 100 listingswith a price of £0.99 or more.

Only the Fixed Price/BIN listing format is eligible for the promotion. The BIN upgrade feature to an Auction-style listing format, known as ABIN, is not an eligible format for the purposes of this promotion. This ABIN feature will still be charged its Listing Upgrade Fee.

Items will only be eligible for this promotion if they are listed with the Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) form or the eBay iPhone, eBay iPad, eBay Android, eBay Blackberry and eBay Windows Phone applications.

Items listed using the Quick Sell (Easy Lister) format will not qualify, as only Auction-style and ABIN listings are enabled via this selling tool.

Items listed using professional tools, such as (but not limited to), Turbo Lister and Selling Manager Pro, are excluded.

To take part in this promotion, sellers must be registered as resident in the UK.

Saturday 26^th May from 00:00:01 until Sunday 27^th May 2012 23:59:59 local UK time (promotional period).

• Only items listed on eBay.co.uk using the Fixed Price / BIN format in an eligible category with a price of £0.99 or more are included.
• Sellers may only list up to 100 eligible items with a price of £0.99 or more during the promotion period. Once a seller has reached this 100 item limit, any items listed during the promotion period with a price of £0.99 or more will be charged standard Insertion Fees according to the eBay Insertion Fees Policy.
• This 100 BIN listings limit is for 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days listings only. BIN 30 days and GTC listings, as well as all Auction-style listings including Auction-style with the Buy It Now Upgrade Feature, are excluded.
• Listings using the Auction-style with Buy It Now format will be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.
• Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details.
• Only items listed with the Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms, or the eBay iPhone, eBay iPad, eBay Android, eBay Blackberry or eBay Windows Phone applications. The Quick Sell (Easy Lister) form cannot be used to list items as a BIN format – it only allows for Auction-style and ABIN listings. Therefore Quick Sell (Easy Lister) listings are not eligible. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details.
• Any eligible item previously scheduled to go live during the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.
• During the promotional period, if sellers re-list an eligible item that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.
• If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will not refund the Insertion Fee, as sellers would not have paid an Insertion Fee (the promotional Insertion Fee price of 0 pence) for re-listing the item.
• For items listed in two categories, only the insertion fee for the first category will be eligible for the promotion. Standard Insertion Fees will be charged for listing the same item in a second category, according to eBay fees.
• Only Private Sellers registered on eBay.co.uk as resident in the UK are eligible.

• Business Sellers are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• PowerSellers are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• Sellers whose accounts do not meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Please sign in to My eBay and view your seller dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. If you have completed fewer than ten transactions as a seller, this information will not appear in My eBay but you will receive email notification if your account falls below the minimum performance standards. • All items listed in the "Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles" category. (However items listed in the "Vehicle Parts & Accessories" category are included.)
• Items listed in the "Property" category.
• Identical listings, outlined in our Duplicate Listings policy are not eligible. Please note that Fixed Price Multi-quantity and Fixed Price Multi-variation item listings are also not eligible.
• Any item listed during the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period does NOT qualify for the promotion.
• Any items listed which do not comply with eBay's Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
• Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 0 pence (£0.00). All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery Plus" or "Subtitle"; See the full details about eBay fees.
• All items listed with professional tools, such as (but not limited to)"Turbo Lister" and "Sales Manager Pro" are excluded from this promotion.
• Items listed using the Quick Sell (Easy Lister) selling form are excluded, since the Quick Sell (Easy Lister) form does not enable listings in the BIN format – Quick Sell only allows for Auction-style and ABIN listings. Therefore Quick Sell (Easy Lister) listings are not eligible.
• 30 days and "Good until Cancelled" duration listings (available for Buy it Now format) will be excluded
• All Auction-style listings, including Auction-style listings with the Buy It Now upgrade feature.

Members listing using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.

BIN format is not enabled on Quick Sell (Easy Lister) selling form, and is available only on the Advanced Sell (SYI) selling form.

• Once the seller has reached the limit of 100 listings in the Buy in Now format for the promotion period, any additional listings will be charged with insertion fees.

• eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
• eBay also reserves the right to exclude users on the basis that their seller accounts have fallen below the minimum required seller performance standards. Sellers should confirm eligibility by checking their account status on My eBay.
• The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
