Terms and Conditions

  • What is the promotion?

Create your next listing on eBay.co.uk and pay no eBay fees during the promotion period when you actively opt in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication.

  • Where is it?

    eBay.co.uk.

  • Who is eligible?

eBay.co.uk registered private sellers who have been invited to participate by email and actively opt in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication. Participation is linked to the invited seller’s account and is not transferable. To take part in this promotion, sellers must be registered as resident in the UK.

  • When is it?

Valid until Monday 30 June 2014 23:59:59 local UK time.

  • How do I get the promotional rate?
    • The promotion is valid for the next 1 listing only, on eBay.co.uk using the auction-style, auction-style with Buy it now option, or fixed price formats, in an eligible category.
    • The Quick Sell (EasyLister) form allows for auction-style or auction-style with Buy it now option only. All other forms, selling tools and eBay mobile applications will enable auction-style, auction-style with Buy it now option, and fixed price listings.
    • All fees are free, including but not limited to insertion fees, with the exceptions listed below, optional upgrade feature fees, and final value fees.
    • Only 1 category is free for each listing. For items listed in 2 categories, standard insertion fees will be charged for the second category, according to the eBay fees policy.
    • Any eligible item previously scheduled to go live during the promotional period will qualify for the promotion, if it is the seller’s first listing.
    • You’ll only pay no fees for the next 1 listing. Any subsequent listings will be charged standard fees according to the eBay insertion fees policy.
    • Only eBay fees on the next 1 listing are free. PayPal and any other third-party fees still apply.
    • Participation in this promotion doesn’t exclude a seller from any other eBay price promotions (such as a zero insertion fee promotion) that may coincide (wholly or partially) with the promotional period of this promotion, provided the seller is eligible for that promotion as well.
