What is it?

From Friday 1 January 2010 to Friday 30 of April 2010 (UK time), business sellers on eBay.co.uk who list in the Tyres category, and offer multiple quantities in the same listing using the Fixed Price-style format on eBay.co.uk, and sell multiple quantities to a buyer, at one time, will receive 20% off their total Final Value Fees per item purchased.

When is it?

Friday 1 January 2010 00:00:01 until Friday 30 of April 2010 23:59:59 BST (promotional period).

What's included?

• Only items listed on eBay.co.uk using the Buy It Now (Fixed Price) formats are included.
• Only users registered as business are eligible for the promotion.
• Only items offered in multiple quantities within the same listing, and purchased in multiple quantities by a buyer, are included (i.e. if a buyer purchases more than one tyre from your listing, at one time, your Final Value Fees in respect of each item will be discounted by 20%). • Good ‘Til Cancelled listings are included.
• Any item listed previously scheduled to start within the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.
• Only items listed for sale in the subcategory Tyres of the category Vehicle Parts & Accessories.
• Sellers can list items with any starting price to qualify for the promotion.
• If sellers re-list an item within the promotional period, which had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.

What's Excluded?

• Items offered in multiple quantities within the same listing, and purchased in single quantities by a buyer (i.e. if a buyer purchases only one tyre from your listing, at one time, your Final Value Fees in respect of that item will not be discounted).
• Apart from the categories listed in the "What’s Included?" section, items listed in any other categories are excluded from the promotion.
• All formats, apart from those listed in the “What’s Included?” section, are excluded.
• Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
• Any item listed within the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period will NOT qualify for the promotion.
• Any items listed which do not comply with eBay’s Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
• Only the Final Value Fee will be reduced by 20%. All other eBay selling fees will still apply at their standard rates, including but not limited to Insertion Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery Plus", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". • Good 'Til Cancelled items that renew after the promotional period are excluded.

Further information

• If the item qualifies for the promotion, the invoice will indicate to the seller that they have received 20% off their Final Value Fee and have been charged the Final Value Fee at the reduced, promotional rate.

General terms

• eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
• The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
