What is it?
From Friday 1 January 2010 to Friday 30 April 2010 (UK time), owners of an eBay Shop on eBay.co.uk who list item(s) in the following categories:
Clothing, Shoes and Accessories subcategories: Women’s accessories, Men’s accessories, Boys’ accessories, Girls’ accessories, Clothing & Shoe care Video Games subcategories: Accessories, Games, Internet Game Accessories, Merchandise/ Books, Other Video Games Computing subcategories: Books & Manuals, Cables/connectors, Laptop Accessories, PDA Accessories, Printer Ink & Cartridges, Printer Paper & Accessories Consumer Electronics subcategories: Accessories, Batteries & Battery chargers, Gadgets, MP3 Player Accessories, TV Accessories Mobile & Home Phones subcategories: Bluetooth Accessories, Mobile Phone Accessories, Mobile Phone Batteries, Mobile Phone Cases & Pouches, Mobile Phone Chargers, Mobile Phone Data Cables, Mobile Phone Fascias, Multimedia Cards / Memory, Pagers, Ringtones, Logos & Software, Sim Cards, Other Phones Photography subcategories: Books, Manuals, & Magazines, Camcorder Accessories, Digital Camera Accessories, Digital Camera Batteries, Digital Camera Chargers, Digital Camera Memory Cards, Digital Memory Card Readers, Film, Film Camera Accessories DVDs subcategories: Accessories/ Storage, DVDs, Film Memorabilia, Other Film Formats, TV Memorabilia, Videos: VHS
Using the Auction-style or Fixed Price-style format on eBay.co.uk with FREE domestic postage, will receive 20% off their total Final Value Fees per item listed.

When is it?
Friday 1 January 2010 00:00:01 until Friday 30 April 2010 23:59:59 BST (promotional period).
What's included?
- Only items listed in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style or Auction with Buy It Now option or Buy It Now (Fixed Price) formats are included.
- Only users with a shop are eligible for the promotion.
- Items which are listed using the Auction-style format with a Reserve Price are included in this promotion.
- Multiple-Item and GTC listings are included.
- Any item listing previously scheduled to start within the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.
- All users with a shop listing on eBay.co.uk who offer a FREE domestic postage service within their P&P options. Specifically, the following criteria need to be met:
- Domestic postage needs to be set to “Flat: Same cost to all buyers”
- The first domestic postage service needs to be specified and ‘0’ needs to be entered into the £ cost field or the “Free P&P” tick box needs to be ticked.
- Insurance must either not be required or have its cost set to zero
- Postage service should not be “Local Delivery/Pick Up” or “Other”
- There cannot be any surcharges
- If the listing is a multiple item listing, the postage cost for additional items must also be zero
- Sellers can list items with any starting price to qualify for the promotion.
- If sellers re-list an item within the promotional period, which had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.

What's Excluded?
- Apart from the categories listed in the “What’s Included?” section, items listed in any other categories are excluded from the promotion.
- All formats, apart from those listed in the “What’s Included?” section, are excluded.
- Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
- Any item listed within the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- Any items listed which do not comply with eBay’s Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
- Only the Final Value Fee will be reduced by 20%. All other eBay selling fees will still apply at their standard rates, including but not limited to Insertion Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery Plus", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". - Good 'Til Cancelled items that renew after the promotional period are excluded.
Members listing using the Auction with Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.
Further information
- If the item qualifies for the promotion, the invoice will indicate to the seller that they have received 20% off their Final Value Fee and have been charged the Final Value Fee at the reduced, promotional rate.
General terms
- eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
- The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
