What is it?

From Wednesday 1st June 2011 00:00:01 until Thursday 30th June 2011 23:59:59 GMT, eBay Top Rated Sellers (the “Sellers”) registered as resident in the UK will not pay to add an Item Subtitle (the “Promotion”) when listing items using the Auction-style or Fixed Priced-style format on eBay.co.uk. Only Sellers listing on eBay.co.uk with a registered UK address are eligible to take part in the Promotion.

Sellers must be an eBay Top Rated Seller in the UK at the point of listing to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. Sellers can see if they are an eBay Top Rated Seller by checking on their dashboard. See further details on eBay Top Rated Sellers.

When is it?

Wednesday 1st June 2011 from 00:00:01 until Thursday 30th June 2011 23:59:59 local UK time (the “Promotional Period”)

What's included?

• Only Sellers who have achieved eBay Top Rated Seller Status in the UK are eligible to participate in this promotion.
• Only items listed in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style or Auction with Buy It Now option or Buy It Now (Fixed Price) formats are included. Items which are listed using the Auction-style format with a Reserve Price are included.
• Any item previously scheduled to go live during the Promotional Period will qualify for the Promotion.
• Multiple-Item listings. See full details about Multiple-Item listings
• Good ‘Til Cancelled listings are included if renewed within the Promotional Period. Any listing that renews after the Promotional Period will no longer qualify for the Promotion.
• Sellers can list items in any category to qualify for the Promotion.
• Sellers can list items with any starting price to qualify for the Promotion.
• Sellers can use the Promotion on each and every item listed during the Promotional Period.
• If Sellers re-list an item within the Promotional Period that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the Promotion.

What's Excluded?

• Only Sellers registered on eBay.co.uk with a registered UK address are eligible to take part in the Promotion.
• Only Sellers who have achieved eBay Top Rated Seller Status in the UK are eligible to participate in this promotion. All other sellers are excluded.
• Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings Policy will not qualify for this Promotion. See full details about our Duplicate Listings Policy.
• Only the Item Subtitle fee will be reduced to 0 pence (£0.00). All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, Insertion Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all other Listing Upgrade Fees such as “Gallery Plus”, “Bold” or “Highlight”. • Any item listed within the Promotional Period but not scheduled to start until after the Promotional Period will NOT qualify for the Promotion.
• Good ‘Til Cancelled listings that renew after the Promotional Period are excluded.
• Any items listed which do not comply with eBay’s Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies are excluded.

Further information

• If the item qualifies for the Promotion, the Sell Your Item form and invoice will indicate to the Seller that they have been charged 0 pence (£0.00) for adding an Item Subtitle to their listing.

General terms

• eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay’s opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this Promotion.
• The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
