Based on feedback from our buyers and sellers, we've taken the decision to close eBay Express in the UK, and focus our efforts on the main eBay.co.uk site.
Many of the innovations pioneered on eBay Express have been integrated into the main site, helping us to bring in more buyers and to provide them with a better experience, for example in search, checkout and seller standards.
eBay Express sellers have always been required to offer excellent levels of customer service and with the innovations we're introducing on the main eBay.co.uk site, they should now enjoy benefits with regards to pricing, visibility and traffic.
- I purchased an item on eBay Express just before it was retired. Will I still receive my item?
- Sellers are still obliged to fulfil all purchases from eBay Express. You can track your eBay Express orders from the last 60 days in My eBay. You can also contact your sellers via My eBay.
- It's been more than ten days since I purchased my item and it hasn't
arrived. What should I do?
- Before eBay Express retirement sign into your eBay Express Account, go to Order Details and click Get Help next to the item in question.
- After eBay Express retirement - If you haven't been able to contact the seller (you'll find their contact details in your order confirmation email, or you can contact them via My eBay) within ten days, please file a PayPal dispute. To do this, sign into PayPal and go to the Resolution Centre.
- I was dissatisfied with my eBay Express purchase and posted it back to the seller but I haven't
received a refund. What should I do?
- Before eBay Express retirement sign into your eBay Express Account, go to Order Details and click Get Help next to the item in question.
- After eBay Express retirement - Please file a PayPal dispute. To do this, sign into PayPal and go to the Resolution Centre.
- How can I contact a seller I purchased from before eBay Express was retired?
- You should find the seller's contact details in the order confirmation email you were sent after making the purchase. If the seller's contact information is incorrect or missing from the email, you can contact the seller via My eBay. In the 'Items I have won' section you'll see all the items you've bought on eBay and eBay Express during the last 60 days. To contact the seller, select the drop down arrow in the 'Action' column and choose 'Contact Seller'.
- I'm not an eBay member. How can I access information about my eBay Express purchases after eBay Express is retired?
- Sign into eBay using your eBay Express username and password, and complete the eBay registration process. When you've done this you'll see an eBay welcome message, you can now select the My eBay link at the top of the page (you may be asked to sign in again for security reasons). In the 'Won' section on the next page you'll see details of the items you've purchased on eBay Express in the last 60 days. To contact the seller, select the drop down arrow in the 'Action' column and choose 'Contact Seller'.
