There are two paths for the Item Not Received process:
  1. 'I have not received the item.'
  2. 'The item I received is significantly different from the item description.'
This tour will showcase the 'I have not received the item' path.

Step 1:
The new Item Not Received process is easy-to-use and will be accessible via a 'Report an Item Not Received' link in My eBay (in the action menu) and the Help Centre. To initiate the process, the buyer will enter the item number for the item not received.



Step 2:
The buyer selects 'I have not received the item' and provides payment information
