| On Tuesday 5th April 2005 sellers listing with Auction-style, Auction-with-BIN* or BIN-Only (Fixed Price) formats will be eligible for a 5p (£0.05 GBP) insertion fee if listing with a start price of between £0.01 and £0.99. |

- Only listings in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk will qualify for 5p insertion fees. Auction-style listings, Auction with Buy It Now and Fixed Price (Buy It Now) must have a start price of between £0.01 and £0.99.
- Any item previously scheduled to go live on Tuesday 5th April 2005 will qualify for the 5p insertion fee promotion if the starting or reserve price is between £0.01 and £0.99.
- If you re-list an item on Tuesday 5th April that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the 5p insertion fee promotion, in line with eBay's standard re-list policy.

- Items listed in the Automotive (eBay Motors, Cars, Classic Cars, Motorcycles or Other Vehicles) and Property (Real Estate) categories.
- Multiple-Item Auction format listings (also known as Dutch Auctions).
- Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy.
- Shops Inventory Format listings.
- Any item listed on 5th April 2005 but scheduled to start after the promotion has finished will not qualify for the promotion.
- Only the basic eBay listing fee will be discounted for items with a start price between £0.01 and £0.99. All other eBay selling fees will still apply including, but not limited to, normal insertion fees for all other start prices, final value fees, optional reserve price fees and all listing upgrade fees such as "Bold" or "Highlight". - Members listing using Auction with Buy It Now will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now at £0.06 per listing.

- If you list in two categories and the listings qualify for this promotion, the insertion fee will be 5p x 2 = 10p.
- If you revise a qualifying listing created on 5th April at a later date, you will be charged the normal insertion fee, not the 5p promotional fee.
- If your item qualifies for this promotion, you'll see on the Sell Your Item form that the 5p promotional insertion fee has been applied.
