Which Listings are Included?
All items (whether Auction-style only, Auction-with-Buy It Now (BIN) and BIN-only (Fixed Price))
  • Items listed for sale in Pounds Sterling (GBP) on eBay.co.uk (other than those items or listings excluded below)
  • on Thursday November 6th 2003

All items will qualify for FREE eBay listing fees if they have a:-

  • Starting price of between £0.01 and £0.99
  • Reserve price of £0.99 or less - if you choose to have one
What's Excluded?
  • Multiple item listings with a combined starting price of over £0.99, or
  • Items listed in the Motors and Real Estate categories, or
  • Items with a starting price of £0.01 - £0.99 AND a reserve price of £1.00 or more.
Which Fees are Included?
Only the basic eBay listings fees will be free. Click here for full details about fees.
Which Fees are Excluded?
All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to final value fees, optional reserve price fees and all feature fees. Click here for full details. PayPal fees also still apply where applicable.
