		What's Included All items listed for sale in Pounds Sterling (GBP) on eBay.co.uk (other than those items or listings excluded below) whether Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now (BIN) or BIN-only (Fixed Price) on Thursday November 4th 2004 between 0:00:01 and 23:59:59 GMT. All basic eBay listing fees are FREE if the listing has a:- Starting price of between £0.01 and £0.99; and No Reserve price. What's Excluded? Multiple-Item Auction format listings (also known as Dutch Auctions) Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy Items listed in the Automotive (Cars, Classic Cars, Motorcycles or Other Vehicles) and Real Estate categories Items with a starting price of £0.01 - £0.99 AND any Reserve price Shops Inventory Format listings Only the basic eBay listing fee will be credited. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to final value fees, optional reserve price fees and all listing enhancement fees such as "Bold" or "Highlight". Additional Information If your item is in the Auction with BIN format, please note that the item will qualify for the free basic eBay listing fee if the above conditions are met. However, please be aware that the feature fee for using the BIN feature itself will still be charged. If any item qualifying for this free listing day closes without a sale and is relisted afterwards, the seller will qualify for a relist credit if the relisted item sells successfully. If your item qualifies for this free listing day the "sell your item" form will show that no listing fee has been charged. You can list your item in a maximum of two different categories and still qualify for this free listing day if the above criteria are met. If you have created a listing that started before Thursday the 4th November but change the start price to be between £0.01 and £0.99 on Thursday the 4th November, this item will NOT qualify for the promotion.
