Saturday 9th June 2007 from 00:00:01 BST until Sunday 10th June 2007 23:59:59 BST (promotional period).

What's included?
All items listed for sale on eBay.co.uk in Pounds Sterling (GBP) in any of the below eligible categories (apart from those items or listings detailed in the "What's Excluded?" section below) and using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now Only and the Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats on Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th June 2007.

Eligible categories:

• Home & Garden (excluding the Residential Property sub-category)
• Clothes, Shoes & Accessories
• Any item listed in the eligible categories that have previously been scheduled to go live on Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th June 2007 will qualify for the promotion.
• If a seller re-lists an item in either of the eligible categories on Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th June 2007 that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the pricing promotion. If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will refund the Insertion Fee at the promotional price detailed in the "What is it?" section above.

What's excluded?

• Any items not listed in any of the above eligible categories.
• Any items listed in the Residential Property sub category of the Home & Garden category.
• Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to half price and only the Gallery listing upgrade fee will be offered for free for each item a seller lists in an eligible category during the promotion. All other eBay selling fees will still apply including but not limited to Final Value fees, Optional Reserve Price fees, and all other Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". • Shops Inventory Format listings. See the full details about listing items using the Shops Inventory Format.
• Any items listed using the eBay Express Only format.
• Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy.
• Any items listed which do not comply with our Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items policies.
• Multiple-Item listings in all formats. This includes both Auction-style (also known as Dutch Auctions) and fixed price formats. See the full details about Multiple-Item listings.
• Any item listed on Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th June 2007 but scheduled to start after the promotion has finished will NOT qualify for the promotion.
• Sellers listing items using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.

• If an item is listed in 2 eligible categories, the Insertion Fee will be twice the promotional price detailed above in the "What is it?" section.
• If the item is listed in 2 categories, of which only one is an eligible category, the seller will be charged one Insertion Fee at the promotional price and one Insertion Fee at the regular non-promotional price.
• Should sellers choose to use the Gallery Listing Upgrade Feature when listing items in 2 categories of which only one category is an eligible category, sellers will receive the Gallery Listing Upgrade Feature for free for the item they list in the eligible category, however, the seller will be charged the Gallery Listing Upgrade Feature fee for the item they list in the category that is not an eligible category.
• If the item listed is eligible for the promotion, the "Sell Your Item" form will indicate to the seller that they have been charged the applicable promotional Insertion Fee price. If the seller chooses to use the Gallery Listing Upgrade Feature when listing their item in addition, the "Sell You Item" form will indicate to the seller that they have not been charged the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature fee.
