For the entire day of Thursday 29th June, sellers listing an item with Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format in an eligible category and using the Requiring Immediate Payment feature will pay a reduced 5 pence (£0.05) Insertion Fee per listing. To sell with Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format using the Requiring Immediate Payment feature, you must have a PayPal Premier or Business account, you must offer PayPal as the only payment method, and you must have 5 or more feedback. Sellers will see that they are charged the full Insertion Fee when listing their item but will be reimbursed for the Insertion Fee amount paid over £0.05. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details.
Please note: the Requiring Immediate Payment feature is not available in all categories that you may list your item in. If the Requiring Immediate Payment feature is not available in the category you list an item in e.g. the Sports Memorabilia category, the Requiring Immediate Payment feature will not be shown as a payment option when you list your item.

- Only listings in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk, in Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format using the Requiring Immediate Payment feature will qualify for the 5 pence Insertion Fee promotion.
- Any item previously scheduled to go live on Thursday 29th June will qualify for the 5 pence Insertion Fee promotion.
- If you re-list an item on Thursday 29th June that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the 5 pence Insertion Fee promotion.

- Shops Inventory Format listings.
- Auction style listings and Auction with Buy-It-Now formats.
- Items listed in the Vehicles and Property categories.

- Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy.
- Any item listed on 29th June 2006 but scheduled to start after the promotion has finished will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, Optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". Click here for more information about eBay fees.

- If the item is listed in 2 categories, the Insertion Fee will be 5 pence times 2 i.e. 10 pence.
- Members will be charged the full Insertion Fee at the time of the listing but will be reimbursed for the Insertion Fee amount paid over £0.05 for eligible listings by 31st August 2006 by means of a credit on their eBay invoice. The invoice credit memo for qualifying items will read "Immediate Payment Promotion".
