For the entire day of Thursday 13th July 2006 (local UK time), sellers listing with Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats in an eligible category, will pay a reduced 5 pence (£0.05) Insertion Fee per item listed. Only items listed in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk will qualify for the 5 pence Insertion Fee promotion and items listed using Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now and Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats are included.
Any item previously scheduled to go live on Thursday 13th July will qualify for the 5 pence Insertion Fee promotion.
If you relist an item on Thursday 13th July that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the 5 pence Insertion Fee promotion. If the relisted item sells and is eligible under the eBay relist policy, eBay will refund the Insertion Fee at the promotional price of 5 pence.
Please note: To sell with Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format you must either have 10 or more feedback or, if you have a PayPal account, you must have 5 or more feedback.

Any item listed on Thursday 13th July 2006 but scheduled to start after the promotion has finished will NOT qualify for the 5 pence Insertion Fee promotion.
Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 5 pence. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". Members listing using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.

If the item is listed in 2 categories, the Insertion Fee will be 5 pence times 2 i.e. 10 pence.
If your item qualifies for this promotion, the "sell your item" form will show that a 5 pence Insertion Fee has been charged.If you revise an eligible listing created on 13th July 2006 at a later date, you will be charged the normal Insertion Fee, NOT the 5 pence promotional Insertion Fee.
