What is it?
From Thursday 6th November 2008 to Sunday 7th December 2008 (local UK time), UK sellers who list item(s) in an eligible category using the Auction-style format on eBay.co.uk, will pay a 2p (£0.02) Promotional International Site Visibility Fee per listing made visible on the eBay.com and eBay.ca sites.

When is it?
Thursday 6th November 2008 00:00:01 GMT until Sunday 7th December 2008 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period).
What's included?
- Only items listed in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style or Auction-style with Buy It Now option formats are included.
- Promotion is only eligible for sellers that list items on the eBay.co.uk site and enable the International Site Visibility option.
- Any item previously scheduled to go live between Thursday 6th November 2008 and Sunday 7th December 2008 will qualify for the promotion.
- If sellers re-list an item between Thursday 6th November 2008 and Sunday 7th December 2008 that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.
What's Excluded?
- Items listed in the "Residential Property" sub-category of the "Home & Garden" category.
- Items listed in the "DVD" sub-category of the "DVD, Film & TV" category.
- Items listed in the "Games" sub-category of the "Video Games" category.
- Items listed in the "Cars, Parts & Accessories" category".
- Any items that do not comply with our International Site Visibility policy. See the full details about our International Site Visibility policy.
- Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
- Buy It Now (Fixed Price) format listings.
- Any item listed between between Thursday 6th November 2008 and Sunday 7th December 2008 but scheduled to start after the promotional period will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- Any items listed which do not comply with eBay's Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
Further information
- If the item qualifies for the promotion, the "Sell Your Item" form will indicate to the seller that they have been charged the Promotional International Site Visibility Fee of 2 pence (£0.02).
- If the International Site Visibility option is not visible in the "Sell Your Item" form then it's not available for your listing.
- Under the eBay re-list policy the International Site Visibility Fee is not an Insertion Fee and hence does not qualify for a re-list refund.
General terms
- eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
