What is it?

From Tuesday 27^th January 2009 to Tuesday 31^st March 2009 (UK time), sellers who list item(s) in the DVDs sub-category using the Auction-style or Fixed Price-style format on eBay.co.uk with FREE domestic postage, will receive 25% off their total Final Value Fees per item listed.

When is it?

Tuesday 27^th January 2009 00:00:01 until Tuesday 31^st March 2009 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period).

What's included?

• Only items listed in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style or Auction with Buy It Now option formats are included.
• Items which are listed using the Auction-style format with a Reserve Price are included in the promotion.
• Multiple-Item listings in Fixed Price format. See the full details about Multiple-Item listings.
• Any item listing previously scheduled to start between Tuesday 27th January 2009 and Tuesday 31st March 2009 will qualify for the promotion.
• Only items listed for sale in the DVDs sub-category of the "DVD, Film & TV" category
• Eligible members include all users listing on eBay.co.uk who offer a FREE domestic postage service within their P&P options. Specifically, the following criteria need to be met:
  • Domestic postage needs to be set to "Flat: Same cost to all buyers"
  • The first domestic postage service needs to be specified and '0' needs to be entered into the £ cost field or the "Free P&P" tick box needs to be ticked.
  • Insurance must either not be required or have its cost set to zero
  • Postage service should not be "Local Delivery/Pick Up" or "Other"
  • There cannot be any surcharges
  • If the listing is a multiple item listing, the postage cost for additional items must also be zero
• Sellers can list items with any starting price to qualify for the promotion.
• If sellers re-list an item between Tuesday 27^th January 2009 and Tuesday 31^st March 2009 that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.

What's Excluded?

• Apart from the categories listed in the "What's Included?" section, items listed in any other categories are excluded from the promotion.
• All formats, apart from those listed in the "What's Included?" section, are excluded.
• Multiple-Item listings in Auction-style formats (also known as Dutch Auctions). See the full details about Multiple-Item listings.
• Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
• Any item listed between Tuesday 27^th January 2009 and Tuesday 31^st March 2009 but scheduled to start after the promotional period will NOT qualify for the promotion.
• Any items listed which do not comply with eBay's Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
• Only the Final Value Fee will be reduced. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Insertion Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery Plus", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". See the full details about eBay fees.
• Good 'Til Cancelled items that renew after the promotional period (Tuesday 27^th January 2009 and Tuesday 31^st March) are excluded.

Further information

• If the item qualifies for the promotion, the invoice will indicate to the seller that they have received 25% off their Final Value Fee and have been charged the Final Value Fee at the reduced, promotional rate.

General terms

• eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
• The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
