Even though the "Sell Your Item" form may show you have been charged the full Gallery Listing Upgrade fee, if you are eligible, you will see from the "My Account" section of "My eBay" that you have not been charged the Gallery Listing Upgrade fee.
For the entire week from Thursday October 26th to Wednesday November 1st 2006, eligible eBay members who list an item using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats and use the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature for the first time will not be charged for the first Gallery Listing Upgrade fee they incur when they list an item on eBay.co.uk.
The offer only applies to eligible eBay members who have received the offer by email and via My Messages. The offer cannot be transferred or forwarded. Please see below for more details.
From Thursday October 26th 00:00:01 BST to Wednesday November 1st 2006 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period).
- All categories including the 'Car, Parts & Vehicles' category and the 'Property' category.
- If the eligible member lists an item using the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature in two eligible categories, the member will not be charged the Gallery Listing Upgrade fee for the items listed in both categories.
- If an eligible member schedules a number of items using the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature to go live during the Promotional Period, the Gallery Listing Upgrade fee will not be charged in respect of the first scheduled item that goes live during the promotional period.
- If an eligible member re-lists an item with the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature during the promotional period that had previously closed without successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the promotion. If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will refund the Gallery Listing Upgrade fee, but not the Insertion Fee.
- Any items listed with the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature that do not sell during the promotional period that are re-listed after the promotional period will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- Eligible members can list items with any starting price to qualify for the promotion.
Please note: to sell with Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format you must either have 10 or more feedback or, if you have a PayPal account, you need to have 5 or more feedback.

- With the exception of the first Gallery Listing Upgrade fee incurred by an eligible member who uses the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature for the first time when listing an item in any format for sale on eBay.co.uk during the promotional period, all other eBay selling fees including but not limited to Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight" are excluded. If eligible members list more than one item using the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature during the promotional period, eligible members will not be charged in respect of the first item listed using the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature during the promotional period.
- Any item listed during the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period has finished will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- Eligible members listing using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the full listing upgrade fee for Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format.
- Please note that the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature is not the same as Gallery Featured which is not included in this promotion.
