What is it?

The normal Insertion Fee of £8 is reduced to £4 during the Motors half price Listing Weekend, when you list in the Cars, Parts & Vehicles sub-categories specified below on eBayMotors.co.uk on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March 2008.

Please Note: Items listed on eBayMotors.co.uk using the Classified Ads format will not qualify for this promotion.

Saturday 1st 00:00:01 GMT and Sunday 2nd March 2008 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period).

What's Included?

All items listed for sale on eBayMotors.co.uk in Pounds Sterling (GBP) in any of the below sub-categories of the Cars, Parts & Vehicles category (apart from those items or listings detailed in the "What's Excluded?" section below) and using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats during Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March 2008 are included in the promotion.

• Any item previously scheduled to go live during the Motors half price Listing Weekend (Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March 2008) will qualify for the promotion.
• If a seller re-lists an item during the Motors half price Listing Weekend (Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd March 2008) that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.
• Sellers listing items using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.

What's Excluded?

• Any items NOT listed in the sub-categories of the Cars, Parts & Vehicles category as detailed in the “What’s Included?” section above.
• Any items listed using the Classified Ads format on eBayMotors.co.uk.
• Any items listed using the Shops Inventory Format. See the full details about listing items in Shops Inventory Format.
• Any identical items listed that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
• Any listings which do not comply with eBay’s Policies including the Prohibited and Restricted Items policies.
• Multiple-Item listings in all formats. This includes both Auction-style (also known as Dutch Auctions) and fixed price formats.

Any item listed during the Motors half price Listing Weekend but scheduled to start after the promotion has ended will NOT qualify for the promotion.

Further Information

• Only the basic eBay vehicle Insertion Fee of £8 will be reduced to £4 during the promotion. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, Optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". • If you list in two eligible categories the Insertion fee will be £4 times 2 or £8.
• If the item listed by the seller qualifies for the promotion, the "sell your item" form will indicate to the seller that they have been charged the reduced Insertion Fee of £4.
