What is it?

The basic Insertion Fee of £8 will be reduced to £0 during the Motors Free Listing Weekend, when you list in any of the Cars, Parts & Vehicles categories specified below on eBayMotors.co.uk on Saturday 17th March and Sunday 18th March.

Please Note: Items listed on eBayMotors.co.uk using the Classified Ads format will not qualify for this promotion.

When is it?

Saturday 17th March 2007 from 00:00:01 GMT to Sunday 18th March 2007 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period).

What's included?

All items listed for sale on eBayMotors.co.uk in Pounds Sterling (GBP) in any of the below Cars, Parts & Vehicles categories (apart from those items or listings detailed in the "What's Excluded?" section below), and using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now, & Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats during Saturday 17th March 2007 and Sunday 18th March 2007 are included in the promotion.

Any item previously scheduled to go live during the Motors Free Listing Weekend will qualify for the promotion.

If you re-list an item during the Motors Free Listing Weekend that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.

What's excluded?

Any items listed in the Classified Ads format on eBayMotors.co.uk.
Any items NOT listed in any of the Cars, Parts & Vehicles categories as detailed in the "What's Included?" section above.
Any items listed using the Shops Inventory Format. See the full details about listing items in Shops Inventory Format.
Identical items listed that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy.
Any items listed which do not comply with our Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items policies.
Multiple-Item listings in all formats. This includes both Auction-style (also known as Dutch Auctions) and fixed price formats.
Sellers listing items using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.

Any item listed during the Motors Free Listing Weekend but scheduled to start after the promotion has ended will NOT qualify for the promotion.

Further information

Only the basic eBay vehicle Insertion Fee of £8 will be reduced to £0 during the promotion. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, Optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". It is possible to list an item in a maximum of 2 of the above Cars, Parts & Vehicles categories.
If the item listed by the seller qualifies for the promotion, the "sell your item" form will indicate to the seller that they have been charged the reduced Insertion Fee of £0.
