How do I start the unpaid item process?
At the moment, the process is manual. If your buyer hasn’t paid, simply click the link for the Resolution Centre at the bottom of most eBay pages, or click “Open an Unpaid Item Case” from the drop-down menu next to the item in My eBay or Selling Manager.
