Sellers registered in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland with PowerSeller status will only receive eBay Top-rated seller final value fee discounts for items sold on eBay.co.uk or eBay.ie. There will be no discounts for items sold on other country sites, for example eBay.com, eBay.de or eBay.at, even if the seller is an eBay Top-rated seller in those other countries.
