PowerSeller Benefits

Membership to the PowerSeller Programme is free.

There are five volume levels to aspire to - Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Titanium — based on gross monthly sales. In addition there are three service levels — Standard, Above Standard and Top-rated seller — based on the number of low (1 or 2 star) DSR ratings.

PowerSellers are eligible to receive substantial benefits in return for providing excellent service to customers, as measured through Detailed Seller Ratings.

* The discount structure against Final Value fees will change on 16th January 2010 to reward PowerSellers offering the best quality of service.

With the introduction of the new eBay Top-rated, Above Standard and Standard statuses important changes to the PowerSeller Programme are made to reward sellers who consistently offer the very best service.

* Sellers who don't meet the requirements for Top-rated or Above Standard status will no longer qualify for FVF discounts from 16th January 2010.
