Leaving Feedback
With the introduction of Detailed Seller Ratings, we have made a number of enhancements to the Leave Feedback page.

- Advisory text:
At the top of the page we provide explanatory text to members of the changes and provide links to more information. This text will remain in place until our Community has become familiar with the changes.
Find a transaction: New placement of Find a Transaction functionality which allows you to find Feedback to be left by either User ID or item number.
Show filter: This allows you to filter Feedback by "Items bought" or "Items sold". The default is show "All items".
Item title: This is a more prominent placement of the Item Title.
Item picture: We added a thumbnail picture of the item to make it easier to remember the bought or sold item.
Condensed view: Buyers will not see the Feedback comment and new Detailed Seller Ratings until a positive, neutral or negative Feedback rating is selected. Sellers will not see the Feedback comment until a positive, neutral or negative Feedback rating is selected.
Detailed seller ratings: Once the buyer has selected positive, neutral or negative Feedback and left a Feedback comment, the buyer will be given the opportunity to leave Detailed Seller Ratings. A buyer must leave an overall Feedback rating in order to leave Detailed Seller Ratings.
