What is The Great British Stocking Filler Promotion?
A fun and festive promotion in which eBay.co.uk community members can share great gift ideas and plan their Christmas present shopping by creating an online Christmas list to share with friends, family and other eBay members. These lists will be included in the overall Great British Stocking Filler list where this season's most sought-after items will be revealed. Participants creating Christmas lists will have the chance to win an instant win prize. Also, buyers and sellers using PayPal between 24th November and 18th December could win a main cash prize by entering their User ID and related item number.

Why do I have to enter my User ID?
We require you to enter your User ID for identification purposes so that we know you are an eBay member and we can easily contact you should you win a prize. Please be assured that your personal information (password, bank and credit card details) is protected and not shared with third parties. eBay will not ask for your password to enter this promotion. Please help to keep the eBay community safe by reporting spoofs to spoof@ebay.co.uk or spoof@paypal.co.uk. For further safety information, please visit our Safety Centre .

I have more than one eBay account. Can I take part in the promotion using all my User IDs from all my eBay accounts?
Yes. Members with multiple accounts can take part in the promotion under different User IDs, but to offer a fair chance to all entrants, you will only be eligible to win a maximum of one main cash prize per person (not User ID) and one instant win prize per person (not User ID) throughout the promotional period regardless of how many entries you have made.

What if someone else uses my User ID to enter the promotion?
If another member uses your User ID to enter the promotion, they could help you to win a prize, but will not benefit themselves. Please be assured that your personal details remain protected and you will not need to give your password.

When can I enter?
The competition begins at 00:00:001 GMT on Thursday 24th November and finishes at 23:59:59 GMT on Sunday 18th December 2005.

Are there any entry requirements?
Buyers and sellers need to be registered eBay users resident in the UK and have a PayPal account.

Why do I have to create a Christmas list?
You can create up to 25 Christmas lists containing 10 items each of gifts you'd like to buy or receive. Not only can you share this with friends and family, but your lists will be included in the overall Great British Stocking Filler list where this season's most sought-after items will be revealed. The community's list will be created by adding together eBay members' lists. You may edit your list at any time. To ensure that the overall Great British Stocking Filler list is a fair reflection of what community members are buying, it is not possible to duplicate items on your lists. See also eBay's Keyword Spamming policy .

I can't see parts of the promotion pages?
Ad blockers may be restricting some eBay content. Check your Firewall settings and see eBay's Web Browser Recommendations.
