1. The free flight credit prize is valid up to a value of £3750 and includes any taxes, fees, supplements and charges which will be deducted from the £3750 flight credit in advance of the departure. These taxes, fees, supplements and charges will vary according to the qualifying destination, and are subject to change as a result of fluctuations in taxes, airport levies and exchange rates.
   
   
2. The free flight credit prize shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date agreed between bmibaby and the prizewinner or until spent whichever is the sooner.
   
   
3. For the avoidance of doubt any remaining unused flight credit will expire at the end of the 12 month period and is non transferable, non refundable and has no equivalent cash value.
   
   
4. The flight credit prize is only valid on the bmibaby network sold on bmibaby.com (but excluding tiny fares sold for travel from London Heathrow, bmi and bmi regional flights) and is subject to availability.
   
   
5. All bmibaby flights are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are issued including, but not limited to, bmibaby's Conditions of Carriage and any other applicable terms and conditions. Such conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency within the terms of this offer. bmibaby reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of its flights and this offer is at its discretion. bmibaby's terms and conditions are available on bmibaby's website (www.bmibaby.com) or on request.
   
   
6. The booking can only be made by the prizewinner for flights for themselves and up to 4 companions via the dedicated url link supplied and will only be valid where the prizewinner is named in that booking as a passenger. If this condition is not met bmibaby reserves the right to withdraw the remaining prize flight credit.
   
   
7. Changes to flights are only permitted subject to the standard administration fee of £15 (€24) per passenger, per sector changed plus any fare upgrade fee where applicable. Changes can be carried out via clicking the "your bookings" link on the top navigation at www.bmibaby.com. Please note that name changes can only be made via the bmibaby call centre and are subject to an administration fee of £30 (€48) per passenger, per booking changed which needs to be paid by the prizewinner prior to departure. If there is any difference between the current fare and the original fare paid, the difference will be deducted from the £3750 flight credit. bmibaby reserves the right to increase the fees.
   
   
8. Any travel insurance which the prizewinner opts to purchase at the time of booking any flight will be deducted from the £3750 flight credit.
   
   
9. The prize awarded does not represent entitlement to book or travel on a specific route or a specific date. All bmibaby flights related to this prize draw are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability is more restrictive on those flights departing on Fridays and Sundays, on Bank Holidays and on peak periods such as during major sporting events and school holidays. Greater seat availability is offered on off-peak services and high frequency services. bmibaby fares and flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
   
   
10. You will be responsible for supplying your own, valid passports and where appropriate your own Visa.
    
    
11. Once a booking has been made, bmibaby shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations if caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, act of God or any other circumstance amounting to force majeure.
