The 'All New' Top Seller University course has been designed with experienced PowerSellers in mind. The course is offered with two 'streams' within which delegates will be free to move around between classes. One stream will offer eBay skills, the second, practical business advice. The course is delivered in partnership with the Association of Business Advisors.

- Your market, market research and marketing
- Operations (inc business law and supply)
- Finance (inc Tax and VAT)
- Preparing and presenting a business plan
The classes will not offer you a complete guide to starting your eBay business but will provide you will a useful staring point, with experienced tutors available during the day to advise you of how to proceed beyond the course and who to contact.
The 'Advanced eBay' stream looks at the following topics:
- Maximising Your eBay Presence (Advanced eBay 'Shop Keeping', Reporting in depth, API)
- Advanced eBay Strategies presented by Channel Advisor
- An introduction to Shopping.com
- PayPal for Professionals
- Internet Marketing (Search Optimisation, Natural Search, Email Marketing)
- Making Extra Revenue from eBay (Affiliates, Editor Kit, etc)
