Certified by Brand is an eBay programme that allows selected brands and authorised sellers to list branded items in the watches, jewellery and handbags categories on the eBay site.

Some brands choose to sell through an Authorised Seller. These participating sellers receive inventory directly from the brand and are allowed to sell on their behalf.

Eligible items in the watches, jewellery and handbags categories, supplied directly from brands or Authorised Sellers. Qualifying inventory will display “Certified by Brand” on the listing page.

Currently, Certified by Brand is available for Clogau, Backes & Strauss, Santa Lomas & Rotary Watches. Check back for updates and new watches, handbags, and jewellery brands.

All Certified by Brand inventory is brand-backed. Watch purchases come with a minimum 1-year seller provided guarantee. Jewellery and handbag purchases include a certificate of authenticity from the brand.

Consumers have statutory rights in relation to goods. The seller guarantee and eBay Money Back Guarantee do not affect your statutory rights.

 Certified by Brand items do not go through our Authenticity Guarantee service as the qualifying inventory comes direct from the brand or an Authorised Seller.

Certified by Brand items are eligible for seller paid returns (Great Britain Mainland only). Please refer to item listing for further details on returns.
