1. Description of Click & Collect
Sellers may offer one or more of the following Click & Collect options when listing items on eBay.co.uk. Sellers can offer buyers the option to:
- collect an item directly from a seller's own shop; and/or
- collect an item from an eligible eBay Collection Point location
2. Information provided by Seller
The display of item availability at a store on eBay.co.uk doesn't imply or warrant that such items are currently or will be available at any time. Item availability and estimated pickup time are approximate and not guaranteed. These may vary based on the relevant store location and are subject to the seller's or eBay Collection Point location's store opening hours. The seller is responsible for any customer support and returns as part of the Services, although you can contact eBay to help with any issues.
eBay will notify you by email, My eBay messages and text message when your item is ready for collection ("Collection Notification"). The seller is responsible for the time it takes for an item to be sent to a store and/or prepared for Click & Collect.
You can collect your order after you receive the Collection Notification by presenting your collection code at the relevant store. A purchased item can only be collected at the store you selected on eBay.co.uk during checkout.
Your item will be held in-store for collection for a maximum of 7 days from when you receive your Collection Notification. If you fail to collect your item within 7 days, we'll treat this as cancellation of your order. The item will be returned to the seller or may be donated to a charity or disposed of with no liability to sellers, eBay and/or service providers.
We may provide certain personal information to sellers which offer or service providers which provide support or services for the Services and to the eBay Collection Point location for identification purposes and to enable the safe provision of Click & Collect at the eBay Collection Point location.
When you purchase an item and select to use the Services, we'll offer you the option of receiving your Collection Notification by text message. For telephone numbers you provide us, including mobile telephone numbers, you consent to receive text messages at that number. We won't share your phone number with non-affiliated third parties for their purposes without your consent, but may share your phone numbers with our group companies or with sellers whose Services you have selected to use, and to our service providers, such as eBay Collection Point operators, billing or collections companies.
4. Returns and Refunds
Click & Collect at eBay Collection Point locations
Return of a purchased item will need to be arranged directly with the Seller in accordance with their returns policy. Items purchased through Click & Collect at eBay Collection Point locations can't be returned to an eBay Collection Point location.
When the Seller has received a validly returned item, the seller will process your refund via your original payment method within 2 business days.
All other Click & Collect services
If you want to return an item purchased through collection at seller's shop, please refer to your seller's returns policy. This will let you know whether you need to return the item back to the seller's shop or by another method.

You are responsible for reviewing a Seller's returns policy prior to purchasing an item. All returns will be handled by Seller subject to their returns policy.
If you open an eBay Money Back Guarantee request for a purchased item, you agree to first try to return the product in accordance with the Seller's returns policy. You can only open an eBay Money Back Guarantee request if the Seller fails to process your return or rejects your return. All eBay Money Back Guarantee cases will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy. You may be required to return the item under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
eBay expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied and statutory warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary rights, and any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness and performance of the Services.
You are responsible for payment to the seller of the listing price and any postage and delivery charges to complete the purchase of your item. eBay may suspend, modify or remove the Services or any part of the Services at its sole discretion without notice at any time. Store availability is subject to change and your nearest eBay Collection Point may not be available as part of the Services.
