What is On Demand Delivery, powered by Shutl?
You can now order from local stores on eBay for same-day or next-day delivery. Just pick a convenient delivery time slot that works for you and buy your item on eBay.com. A local courier will then hand-deliver your order to you at your selected time and day.
When will I receive it?
Your items will be hand-delivered to your location at the delivery time slot you have selected, if within the same-day it could be with you in as in as little as 90-minutes. Note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
When can I place an order for On Demand Delivery, powered by Shutl?
You can place your order anytime.
Is there an extra charge if I order multiple items from a store?
No. If you’re ordering items from the same store, it’s a single flat charge per order for On Demand Delivery, powered by Shutl. You’ll get all items from the same store hand-delivered at the same time that you’ve specified the delivery to be made.
How do I check the delivery status?
You can check the status of your delivery on My eBay via the View Order Details link. Your courier may also send you delivery updates by text message. Just make sure you confirm your mobile phone number during checkout. If you prefer, you can provide a landline number, but the courier won’t be able to text you with delivery updates.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes. If there’s no one there to meet the courier, they’ll bring the item back to the store, and you’ll receive a refund for your order—including the delivery fee. Couriers won’t leave packages outside buildings or in mailboxes.
Do I need to tip the courier?
No, there’s no need to tip the courier.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel a On Demand Delivery, powered by Shutl order up until the courier has been dispatched to pick up your order from the store. Also, if you change your mind by the time the courier arrives to hand-deliver your item, you can decline it. The courier will then return the item to the store, and you’ll receive a full refund—including the delivery fee.
How do I return an item?
You can return any item to the store for a store credit or refund of the full purchase amount—minus the delivery fee. You should double-check the store’s return policy for details.
Where is Scheduled delivery available?
On Demand Delivery, powered by Shutl is available from select sellers in the UK. More sellers and cities are coming soon!
