The Local Seller Prize Draw (“Promotion”) will be open from 00:00 AM UK local time on 01/05/2026 until 11:59 PM UK local time on 31/05/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

This Promotion is open to invited private sellers registered on eBay.co.uk (the “Site”) who are UK residents, and who must be 18 years of age or older, and who opt in to participate in the Promotion. Employees (and their families) of eBay, its affiliates, subsidiary companies, representatives or agents of those companies and anyone else who may be professionally involved with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

To enter the Promotion, you must opt-in by clicking on the link provided on an on-site banner on eBay.co.uk and upon confirmation of opt-in, list an item on the eBay.co.uk site with local collection enabled during the Promotion Period. Each listing with local collection enabled that you list during the Promotion Period after opting in will constitute one entry into the Promotion (“Eligible Entries”).

Entrants will not receive any confirmation of their entry into the Promotion. They will be entered if they meet the eligibility criteria stated above and correctly follow the procedure stated in this section.

There is a limit of 100 entries that each participant may submit during the Promotion Period, provided each entry is a separate, valid listing with local collection enabled.

The Prize will be one (1) iPhone 17 Pro device (256GB, approximate retail value £1,000). The Prize Winners will be notified within 14 days of the end of the Promotion Period. There is no cash alternative, and the Prizes cannot be transferred.

There will be 5 Prize Winners who will be selected at random from all the Eligible Entries.

The Prize Winners will be contacted by eBay via email associated with their eBay account within 14 days of the end of the Promotion Period, in order to notify them of the Prize. If, despite eBay’s reasonable endeavours to do so, eBay cannot contact the Prize Winner, or the Prize Winner does not respond to the requested information within 7 days after receiving the notification, their claim to the prize will be forfeited, and eBay reserves the right to select another Prize Winner among the Eligible Entries to award the Prize to. This procedure will apply accordingly to the subsequent selection of a new Prize Winner.

eBay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any of the entrants.

In accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing (CAP Code), the Prize Winners’ names and counties of residence will be made available upon request to anyone who wishes to verify that a valid award took place. Each Prize Winner has the opportunity to object to this information being published or made available, or to reduce the amount of information being made available. In order to object, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of being notified as a Prize Winner.

Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.

If eBay has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, eBay reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants. eBay may also disqualify any entrant who does not act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (or is acting in a way which contravenes the spirit and intention of these Terms and Conditions).

Your personal data will be used by eBay in connection with, and in order to determine the winners of, the Promotion (including making available on request the Prize Winners’ names and counties of residence, to anyone who wishes to obtain it). eBay will do this on the basis of its legitimate interests in enabling eBay users to participate in prize draws and promoting its services. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
