Is the campaign open internationally?

Yes, we provide international shipping and we operate via the eBay Global Shipping Program. Feed are paid by the customer. More info and eligible countries included here.

 I’ve won the auction! What happens next?

An invoice will be sent to the winning bidder via eBay and Responsible to confirm the payment amount and payment instructions. Payment must be in GBP and received within two (2) business days of the close of the auction

Will a receipt be provided?

Yes, a receipt for the final bid amount paid will be provided by Responsible.

 Is there sales tax?

Winning bidders must provide a physical address and phone number. Barring unanticipated circumstances and/or any special fulfillment conditions, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks after final payment is received and acknowledged. International bidders will be required to pay any duties or taxes associated with their shipment.Questions?
