PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT

If you reside in the U.K. or another country that is a member of the E.U., you are agreeing to the following terms with eBay Europe S.à r.l.   If you reside within the United States, you are contracting with eBay, Inc.  If you reside in India, you are contracting with eBay India Pvt. Ltd.. If you reside outside the EU, United States and India, you are contracting with eBay International AG.  The relevant eBay entity is referred to in this Billing Agreement as “eBay”.

AUTHORISATION TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

By agreeing to these terms, you authorise eBay to charge your credit card or debit card provided by you above (“Credit Card or Debit Card”) for all fees related to your selling activity on eBay and other amounts or charges that you authorise eBay to charge (“eBay Fees”) and any amounts you owe eBay under the eBay Buyer Protection Policy (“Policy”) (The amounts you owe eBay under the Policy will be equivalent to the amount eBay refunds the buyer.   The amount eBay refunds the buyer is determined in accordance with the Policy).   eBay may charge your Credit Card or Debit Card on a one-time, sporadic, or recurring basis.

Your Credit Card or Debit Card will become your payment method on file with eBay for automatic payments of your eBay Fees and amounts owed under the Policy.   If you previously had another payment method on file for automatic payments, eBay will replace that method with your Credit Card or Debit Card.   You can change your payment method within My eBay (you will find the My eBay icon on the top right section of each eBay page). 

If you change the website of registration of your eBay account (for example, you change registration from eBay.co.uk to eBay.com), this Billing Agreement will be cancelled. If you change the currency of your eBay account, you will need to again specify your automatic payment method for your account in the new currency.  If this Billing Agreement is cancelled, or if the payment of amounts owed through your Credit Card or Debit Card cannot be completed for any reason, you remain obligated to pay eBay for all unpaid amounts and eBay reserves the right to seek reimbursement through other means. Additionally, if your payment method fails, we may restrict or suspend your eBay account until payment is completed. 

eBay may change this Billing Agreement with 30 days notice.
