This promotion is free delivery for your buyer, valid on items priced at £10 or less (the “Promotion”) and:  - listed between 1 Dec and 15 Dec 2025; and   - sold by 31 Dec 2025,  (the “Promotion Period”), for eligible “Standard” and “Click and Collect” delivery services available in Simple Delivery on eBay.co.uk (the “Site”).

Qualifying participants
Eligible new private sellers who have listed and sold items via eligible delivery services (as above) available in Simple Delivery within the Promotion Period will be eligible for this Promotion.

How to redeem this Promotion
1. List and sell your item within the Promotion Period

2. Ensure that you list with buyer-paid postage

The Promotion will be reflected in the delivery price shown to your buyer in the purchase flow and at checkout.

General

1. In using the eligible delivery services, you will be subject to the eBay delivery Terms and Conditions.

2. During the Promotion Period, eligible delivery services (see above) available on purchases made via the Site will be free of charge.

3. Eligible items must be listed and sold with eligible delivery services available in Simple Delivery on the Site within the Promotion Period.

4. Any refund or compensation you may be entitled to receive will not include the Promotion value.

5. The discount obtained through the Promotion has no cash value, and it cannot be transferred, forwarded or exchanged. You will not be refunded the discount amount for unused labels.

6. The discount obtained through this Promotion will not apply to any under-declared amounts charged as a result of you under-declaring the size or weight of your parcel, or any other types of surcharges.

7. The following restrictions and exclusions apply:  

7.1 Any listings where the postage service is only local collection.  

7.2 Items listed or sold before or after the Promotion Period.  

7.3 Ineligible sellers, delivery services or transactions (see above).

7.4 Any listings which have been revised so that they are no longer eligible for the Promotion.

8. Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion will lead to automatic exclusion from participation.

9. If eBay has suspicions or knowledge that any participant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, this will lead to automatic exclusion from participation.

10. eBay reserves the right to exclude participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions (or are acting in a way that contravenes the spirit and intention of these Terms and Conditions).

11. The Promotion is subject to availability.

12. eBay reserves the right to:  

12.1 Suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so.

12.2 Add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this Promotion.

13. The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Limitation of liability  

14.1 eBay makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any product or service provided by any third party in connection with this Promotion.

14.2 eBay shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the participant resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion. 15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim or matter arising under these Terms and Conditions.
