Seller Clinics are available to business sellers who:
Are registered on eBay.co.uk (Site)
Have delivered a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)* of less than £85,000 for their business on eBay within the calendar year or the 12 month period before their first appointment.

*Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) means the total value of all paid transactions between users on the Site during the applicable period inclusive of postage fees and applicable taxes.
Number of Seller Clinics and Termination
Eligible sellers can book up to 3 appointments every 12 months from the first booked appointment. Any not used Seller Clinics cannot be transferred to the following calendar year and will be forfeited.
eBay does not guarantee that the Seller Clinics will continue to run indefinitely and in no way guarantees that each participant of the Seller Clinics will be eligible or allowed to continue in the Seller Clinics.
In the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so, eBay reserves the right, at any time, to (i) suspend, change or cancel the Seller Clinics; and/or (ii) suspend and/or terminate your participation to the Seller Clinics.
eBay reserves the right to amend the Seller Clinic terms at any time.
Nothing in these terms shall limit either eBay’s or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud. Subject to this, eBay shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by you resulting directly or indirectly from entry to or participation in the Seller Clinics.
eBay is not liable for your performance throughout your participation in the Seller Clinics and where applicable, is only providing business support for your eBay account on the Site. eBay is no way offering a business consultancy service to you.
eBay will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Seller Clinics is accurate however, eBay is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect the Seller Clinics, operation of the Seller Clinics, the Site and/or the accuracy of such information.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit the rights and remedies of eBay under any eBay policies. In the case of conflict between these terms and any eBay policies, the terms of these Seller Clinic will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Your participation and access to the Seller Clinics, including the Seller Clinics, is linked to your eBay account used to book the Seller Clinics and is not transferable.
By booking appointments, you agree to comply with these terms and all eBay policies, including but not limited to eBay’s User Agreement and User Privacy Notice.
The Seller Clinics terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim or matter arising under the Seller Clinics terms.
