Selling Manager - Using the Summary view

The Summary view is the first page that you see after accessing Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro. The Summary view page includes the following sections:

Customising the Summary view page

You can customise in two different ways:

  • Click the "Customise Summary" link at the top of the Summary view page to add or delete sections on this page.

  • Click the "Customise" link for each individual section to add or delete information in each section.

At a Glance
This section provides a snapshot of your eBay selling activities.

Your information is updated every 10 minutes. To see the latest information, click the Refresh button in your Web browser. If you refresh the table in less than 10-minute intervals, the updates will not be reflected.

Listing Activity
This section displays a statistical summary of your scheduled, active, and ended listings.

Within each view, you can use filters to create groupings for your listing activities.

Listing Activity Information Description Filters

Scheduled Listings

Displays the listings that you
have scheduled on eBay.

  • Starting within the next hour

  • Starting today

Active Listings

Displays your active listings.

  • Ending within the next hour

  • Ending today

  • Listings with questions

  • Listings with bids

Ended Listings

Displays your ended listings that contain either sold or
unsold items.

  • Sold

  • Unsold

  • Eligible for Insertion Fee credit

Format

Displays total number of
listings in each listing format.

  • Auction format

  • Fixed Price

  • Best Offer Only

  • Classified Ads

Sold
This section displays a statistical summary about items that you've sold.
Within each view, you can use filters to create groupings for your selling activities.

Sold Information Description Filters

All

Displays information about all of your product inventory.

None

Awaiting Payment

Displays information about listings with items awaiting payment.

  • Buyers eligible for combined purchases

Awaiting Dispatch

Displays information about listings with items to be dispatched.

  • Paid and waiting to give Feedback

Paid and Sent

Displays information about listings with items where you have received the buyer's payment and shipped the
items.

  • Sent and waiting to give Feedback

Resolution Centre

Displays information about listings with cases in the Resolution Centre.

  • Eligible for Unpaid Item reminder

  • Cases awaiting your response

  • Eligible for Final Value Fee credit

  • Items not received or not as described

Product Inventory
This section displays a statistical summary of your product inventory.

Product Inventory Information Description

All

View all your product inventory.

Low stock

View low stock inventory only.

Out of stock

View out of stock inventory only.

Favourite Links
This section displays your favorite links, which can include:

  • Selling Manager Pro Automation preferences

  • eBay Preferences

  • My Messages

  • Manage My Shop

  • PayPal

  • eBay File Exchange

  • Selling Manager/Selling Manager Pro discussion board

  • View My Shop

  • Payment preferences

  • Sales Reports

Selling Manager Pro Alerts and To Do's
This section notifies you about items that may require your attention. Clicking the alerts and to do's takes you directly to the appropriate page where you can perform the necessary actions.

Here is a list of alerts:

  • Feedback comments not sent

  • New PayPal payments received

  • Second Chance Offers accepted

  • Items failed to be listed using automation rules

  • Items failed to relist using automation rules

  • Winning Buyer Notification emails not sent due to system error

  • Payment Reminder emails not sent due to system error

  • Request Postage Address emails not sent due to system error

  • Feedback Reminder emails not sent due to system error

  • Payment Received Notification emails not sent due to system error

  • Postage Notification emails not sent due to system error

  • Personalised emails not sent due to system error

    Note: International sales are transactions conducted with a buyer registered in a different country than where the items are located.

Picture Manager
This section enables you to do the following in Picture Manager:

  • View the number of pictures that you've stored

  • View the storage space that you've used

  • View and manage your pictures

  • Change your storage space

Cross-Promotions
This section enables you to view:

  • Items with updated cross-promotions

  • Items with manual cross-promotions

  • Items with default cross-promotions
