When you set up your eBay account to spend points, you'll be redirected to a Nectar page. The Nectar card number you've linked to your eBay account to collect points will be pre-populated. You can change this card number if you want to spend Nectar points from another card, but you'll also start collecting points against this card.
If you return items purchased using your Nectar voucher, we can only issue you a new voucher if you've returned all items from the transaction. If you only return one item from a multi-item transaction, we won't be able to issue you a new voucher.
