Promotion and the Prizes
The AFAC eBay sneaker raffle (“Promotion”) is a raffle hosted on www.eBay.co.uk (the “Site”) in order to support Olympias Music Foundation (Olympias Music Foundation, registered in England and Wales No. 1176620) (the “Charity”). This Promotion will allow eligible users to purchase a virtual (raffle) ‘ticket’ on the Site in order to be entered into a prize draw and have a chance of winning a Prize.
There are five prizes available to be won. Each ‘ticket’ you purchase at £1 via “Buy It Now” will count as one entry and will be specific to that listing’s pair of sneakers.
There is no limit to the number of times you may enter each prize draw or the number of prize draws that you may enter.
The price of the ticket will be stated on the page on which you purchase the ticket.
There is no cash alternative and the Prize cannot be transferred. In the unlikely event that a Prize is not available for any reason, an alternative prize will be communicated to the winner.
Prize Winners will have the opportunity to purchase one of the following pairs of sneakers at their original price:

· Nike SB Dunk Grateful Dead Yellow Size 12 UK
· Nike Air Jordan 4 Travis Scott Size 9.5 UK
· Adidas Yeezy 350 Oxford Tan Size 10 UK
· Jordan 1 Mid’s Kentucky Blue Size 5.5 UK
Please note that Prize Winners will not win the actual pair of sneakers, but Prize Winners will win the opportunity to purchase one of the pairs of sneakers mentioned above at their original price.
The Promotion will be open from 7pm 21st September 2022 and will end at 11:59pm on 7th October 2022, UK Local time (“Promotion Period”) for paid entries.
Eligibility
This Promotion is open to users of www.eBay.co.uk (the “Site”) who are 18 years of age or older. Entrants must have a UK delivery address and that address must be the address on their registered eBay account at time of raffle entry.
Procedure
You will be entered into the Promotion and be eligible to win a Prize when you purchase a raffle ‘ticket’ on the Site or if you enter via an alternative entry route described below (each an “Eligible Entry(ies)”).
Please note that irrespective of what it may say on the Site or on the page where you purchase the virtual ‘ticket’, you will not be receiving a physical item, but each purchase will grant the purchaser one entry into a raffle where the purchaser can win the opportunity to win the Prize. Your order confirmation for the ‘ticket’ purchased will serve as proof of entry, if so required.
All proceeds from the ‘ticket’ sales shall go to the Charity.
Prize Winners
There will be 1 (one) winner who will be selected at random from all the Eligible Entries for each of the Prizes. The total number of winners will equal the number of individual sneakers listings, i.e., 5 (five) winners.
Prize Winner Notification and Delivery
Each Prize winner will be contacted via a member to member message on the Site on their eBay account, or via the e-mail address they have provided or is present in their eBay account within five full days of the end of the Promotion Period. At that time, the prize winner will be given a link to an exclusive eBay listing for the pair of sneakers they have won the right to purchase for £50, including free shipping. This will be a private listing, meaning the eBay ID of the Prize Winner will not be revealed, and the Prize Winner’s eBay user ID will be the only one that will be able to make the purchase. The Prize Winner can make the purchase of the Prize within 48 hours of the Prize Winner being contacted.
If If a Prize Winner does not respond and accept the Prize by making the purchase from the link provided, eBay reserves the right to select another Prize Winner among the Eligible Entries to award the Prize to.
eBay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any of the entrants.
Once a Prize Winner has accepted the Prize by purchasing the pair of sneakers, that pair of sneakers will be delivered to the Prize Winner in the month of October 2022. Please note that the pair of sneakers will be shipped with tracking and signature confirmation. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner to ensure that their mailing address on their eBay account is current. Tracking information will be communicated to the Prize Winner via their eBay account messaging.
Prize Winner details
In accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing (CAP Code), the Prize Winners’ surname and county of residence will be published online by October 2022.

A Prize Winner has the opportunity to object to this information being published or made available, or to reduce the amount of information being made available. In order to object, please contact Customer Service.
Free entry route
It is possible to enter each prize draw via a postal free entry route as well. If you wish to enter a prize draw via this route, please send a letter to “Attn: eBay AFAC Raffle, 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF'' containing all of the following details: Your name, your e-mail address; your phone number; and the name of the specific sneaker the postal entry is for. Please note all of the following in relation to this entry route: You must send a separate paid for envelope and letter for each entry. Attempting to include multiple entries within the same envelope will not be accepted and will disqualify your entry. In-person entries are not accepted and must be posted to the above address. Entries using this route must be delivered to the above address by 15:00:00 (UK local time) on the 7th October 2022.
Exclusion From Participation
Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.
If eBay has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, eBay reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants. eBay may also disqualify any entrant who does not act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (or is acting in a way which contravenes the spirit and intention of these Terms and Conditions).
Data Use and Data Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the eBay User Privacy Notice.
Your personal data will be used by eBay in connection with, and in order to determine the winner of, the Promotion (including making available on request the Prize Winner’s name and county of residence, to anyone who wishes to obtain it). eBay will do this on the basis of its legitimate interests in enabling eBay users to participate in prize draws. Limitation of liability
eBay makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any product or service provided by any third party in connection with any promotion.
eBay shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the entrant resulting directly or indirectly from entry to this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit eBay's liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
eBay will not be responsible for any third party's performance or failure to perform any services related to any promotion, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the Promotion, provided that nothing shall limit eBay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
eBay does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed entries. eBay reminds entrants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to the Promotion.
Although eBay will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Promotion ("Promotion Material") is accurate, eBay is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect eBay's operation of the Promotion, including without limitation the accuracy of any Promotion Material.
General
eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which in eBay's opinion make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this Promotion. This includes the ability to substitute a prize, which is, in eBay’s reasonable opinion, of equivalent value, change the specification of the prize if circumstances require it.
eBay reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any of the entrants. The decision of the adjudicator regarding any aspect of this Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
eBay may use third parties to facilitate one or more elements of the Promotion. These third party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced eBay related operation. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
