What is the Promotion?

Invited sellers (“Seller” or “Sellers”) who create a listing during the Promotion Period (as defined below) pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein (“Qualifying Listing”), and then sell one (1) or more items for £10 or more each from a Qualifying Listing during the Promotion Period are eligible to earn a single eBay Coupon (“Coupon”) worth £15 off a minimum purchase of £50.

An item is defined as listed when (i) it is posted for sale on ebay.co.uk and (ii) the listing is maintained until (a) the item sells or (b) the end of the listing period is reached. An item is defined as sold when it is paid in full by a buyer.

Who’s eligible?

The Promotion is available to Sellers who: (i) are UK residents; (ii) are 18 years of age or older; (iii) received an email and/or message in My eBay; and (iv) meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards.  Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account meets the standards.

When is it?

The Promotion begins on the day you receive the invite email and/or message in My eBay and ends on the end date shown in the email and/or message at 23:59:59 UK local time (“Promotion Period”).

How do I earn the Coupon?

The Coupon will be awarded within two weeks after the sale of a Qualifying Listing. Once awarded, the Coupon will be available in the "Messages" tab within "My eBay.” eBay will also send an email with the Coupon. The value of the Coupon will be worth £15 off a minimum purchase of £50. The Coupon is not transferable. The Coupon is subject to other terms and conditions. Limit of one (1) Coupon per Seller. Sellers have until the date listed on the Coupon to redeem on ebay.co.uk.

Restrictions & Exclusions:

• The Promotion is only valid for listings on ebay.co.uk.
• Sellers will not be able to redeem the Coupon when purchasing items from the Coins & Paper Money, Gift Vouchers & Coupons, Vehicles, and Real Estate categories.
• All Qualifying Listings must comply with eBay policies, including eBay's Duplicate Listing policy that allows for the removal of duplicate fixed price listings.
• The Promotion excludes listings created prior to activating the Promotion and listings with a start date prior to, or after, the Promotion Period.
• Relists or renewals that occur outside of the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Promotion.
• Sellers may not disclose the terms of the Promotion to any third party without the prior written consent of eBay.

Exclusion From Participation

Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.

• If eBay has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, eBay reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants. eBay may also disqualify any entrant who does not act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (or is acting in a way which contravenes the spirit and intention of these Terms and Conditions).

Data Use and Data Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the eBay User Privacy Notice.

Limitation of liability

eBay makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any product or service provided by any third party in connection with any promotion.

eBay shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the entrant resulting directly or indirectly from entry to this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit eBay's liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

eBay will not be responsible for any third party's performance or failure to perform any services related to any promotion, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the Promotion, provided that nothing shall limit eBay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

eBay does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed entries. eBay reminds entrants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to the Promotion.

Although eBay will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Promotion ("Promotion Material") is accurate, eBay is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect eBay's operation of the Promotion, including without limitation the accuracy of any Promotion Material.

General

eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which in eBay's opinion make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this Promotion. This includes the ability to substitute a prize, which is, in eBay’s reasonable opinion, of equivalent value, change the specification of the prize if circumstances require it or change the entry procedures to an email format.

The decision of the adjudicator regarding any aspect of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These third party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced eBay related operation. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

Redeeming your coupon

This coupon is a £15 off discount on a minimum purchase of £50, valid from the date you receive the coupon until 11:59:59 PM UK local time on the end date on purchases on eBay.co.uk, unless canceled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How to redeem your coupon:

1.  Shop for eligible items (see below for exclusions).

2. Pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, or debit card. 

3. Enter the code at checkout when prompted.

Coupon Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is open to targeted eBay.co.uk registered users, who must be UK residents, 18 years of age or older. The shipping address must also be a UK address.
2. One coupon redemption per registered user only. The coupon is valid from the date you receive the coupon until the end date, unless canceled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. This coupon is valid only when you pay with PayPal, credit card, or debit card.
4. To redeem this coupon, a minimum Purchase Price of £50 is required ("Purchase Price" means the total price of the items you buy. It does NOT include related postage and packing costs or any taxes which are not included in the item price).
5. The coupon must be redeemed in a single transaction. When using Cart, it can be used when purchasing from multiple sellers. If your Purchase Price is less than the coupon amount, you will lose the unused amount.
6. Enter coupon code when you are prompted during the payment process and you will receive the related discount on the final amount of your Purchase Price. The discount does not apply to the related postage and packing costs or to any taxes which are not included in the item price.
7. The "Property", "Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles", and "Coins, Banknotes & Bullion" categories are always excluded.
8. The purchase you make to redeem this coupon must comply with eBay's User Agreement and policies.
9. This coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon, site discount, rebate, offer, gift coupon or other promotion.
10. This coupon has no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be forwarded and cannot be exchanged.
11. This coupon is void where prohibited.
12. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the coupon or its redemption value. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards your Purchase Price and will not be eligible for a further coupon.
