Create up to 50,000 listing(s) (with a starting price of £0.99 or more), during the promotion period, in an eligible category using the fixed price format on eBay.co.uk and you will not pay an insertion fee per listing (promotional rate) during the promotion period when you actively opt in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication.

Feature fees and final value fees will still apply. The number of listings eligible under this promotion is limited to a maximum of 50,000 listings for sellers without listing restrictions or less where seller restrictions apply. See Summary of restrictions & exclusions for more information.

eBay.co.uk registered business sellers who have been invited to participate by email or by a message in My eBay Messages and actively opt in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication. Participation is linked to the invited seller’s account and is not transferable. To take part in this promotion, sellers must be registered as resident in the UK.

From 3 March 2014, 00:00:01 until 7 March 2014, 23:59:59 local UK time (promotional period)

• Once a business seller has reached 50,000 listings or up to their selling allowance limit, whichever is less, any items listed during the promotion period with a price of £0.99 or more will be charged standard insertion fees according to the eBay insertion fees policy.
• Only business sellers whose accounts meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please refer to Summary of restrictions & exclusions for more details.
• For items listed in 2 categories, only the insertion fee for the first category will be eligible for the promotion. Standard insertion fees will be charged for listing the same item in a second category, according to eBay fees.

• Any sellers who have NOT been invited to participate.
• Business Sellers who have been invited to participate, but have not actively opted in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication. 
• Business sellers whose accounts don’t meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards aren’t eligible to participate in this promotion. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. If you’ve completed fewer than 10 transactions as a business seller, this information will not appear in My eBay but you will receive email notification if your account falls below the minimum performance standards. • If you registered after 15 March 2011 or haven’t listed any items for a while, you may have a selling allowance of 10 items per month or of £650.00 per month (with respect to value of items sold), whichever is reached first, which you can increase. Additional verification may be required.
• Items listed with a price of less than £0.99 will be excluded from the promotion.
• All items listed in:
  • The Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles category. (However, items listed in the Vehicle Parts & Accessories category are included.)
  • The Property category.
• Identical listings that don’t comply with our duplicate listings policy.
• Auction-style format listings, including auction-style with Buy it now upgrade.
• Fixed price 30-day listings that are relisted outside of the promotional period won't be eligible for the discount.
• Any scheduled items will not qualify for the promotion. Scheduled listings are any listings that do not start immediately.
• Good 'Til Cancelled listings that automatically renew during the promotional period won't be eligible for the promotion.
• Any item listed during the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period does NOT qualify for the promotion.
• Any items listed which don’t comply with eBay’s listing policies or prohibited and restricted items policies.
• Only the basic eBay insertion fee will be reduced to 0 pence (£0.00). All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to final value fees, optional Reserve price fees and all listing upgrade fees such as Gallery Plus or Subtitle; See the full details about eBay fees.

• This promotion isn’t an offer to increase your selling allowance. If your selling allowance is less than 50,000, you will only be able to receive zero insertion fees up to the limit of your selling allowance. 
• Fixed price items cannot be listed for a price of less than £0.99 and therefore are excluded from this promotion.

• eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion. 
• eBay also reserves the right to exclude users on the basis that their seller accounts have fallen below the minimum required seller performance standards. Sellers should confirm eligibility by checking their account status on My eBay.
• The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
