What is the promotion?
eBay.co.uk business sellers who have been invited to participate by email from eBay or by a message in My eBay Messages and have actively opted in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication, will pay zero final value fees on their items listed and subsequently sold through WebInterpret on ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.it or ebay.es from the day they opt into the promotion until 23:59:59 on 10 November 2015  (the “Promotion”). The period during which the selected sellers will pay zero final value fees as a result of this Promotion shall be referred to as the “Promotional Subscription Period.”   Sellers are required to opt in to the European Sales Booster powered by WebInterpret after opting in to the promotion to avail of zero final values on items listed and subsequently sold through WebInterpret on ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.it or ebay.es. Please note: 
Only listings with start date or completed sale within the Promotional Subscription Period are qualified for the Promotion. At the end of the Promotional Subscription Period, your listings will remain live, unless there is a stock out or you chose to manually end these listings, and any live listings with transactions closed after the Promotional Period shall be subject to our regular fees.
Your subscription to the European Sales Booster will continue and WebInterpret may contact you about further subscription and payments relating to the full service available (different subscription levels available).  For terms and conditions regarding the European Sales Booster please click here. If you do not want to be charged final value fees in accordance with the regular terms that apply across on ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.it or ebay.es for your international listings listed and sold through the European Sales Booster powered by WebInterpret after the Promotional Subscription Period , you’ll need to remove your international listings on My eBay prior to the end of Promotional Subscription Period or ensure that WebInterpret terminates your international listings by 23:59:59, 9 November 2015, UK time, one day prior the end of the Promotional Subscription Period.

Who's eligible?
Only business sellers:
  • who received an email or message on My eBay from eBay direct inviting them to participate in this Promotion;
  • whose accounts meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please refer to “Summary of Restrictions and Exclusions?” for more details;.
  • registered on eBay.co.uk as residents in the UK;
  • must have actively opted in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication and have opted into the European Sales Booster powered by WebInterpret via the Opt-in link shown in the marketing communication.
Participation is linked to the invited business seller’s account and specific eBay seller ID and is not transferable. Please refer to "How do I get the Promotional Rate?" for more details.
When is it
Valid from the day they opt into the promotion until 23:59:59 on 10 November 2015  (“Promotional Subscription Period”).
When will I see the Promotion credit?
If you qualify for the Promotion, the zero final value fees will be applied to your account during the following billing cycle after the end of the Promotional Subscription Period. You will then see the discount on the next billing.
How do I get the promotional rate?
  • Sellers that have been invited to participate in the Promotion will automatically receive the promotional rate on their next invoice when they opt into the promotion and opt into the European Sales Booster on items listed and sold on ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.it or ebay.es and after the end of the Promotional Subscription Period. 
  • To opt into the Promotion, please click on RSVP link shown in the marketing communication and to opt into the European Sales Booster powered by WebInterpret, please click on Opt-in link shown in the marketing communication.
  • Promotional Rate will only apply if participating business sellers have placed their credit card on file and are PayPal Verified.
Summary of Restrictions & Exclusions
  • Any sellers who have NOT been invited to participate.
  • Any Seller IDs that have not been specified in the invitation from eBay as eligible to participate.
  • Sellers who have been invited to participate, but have not actively opted in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication and have not actively opted in to the European Sales Booster.
  • Business sellers whose accounts do not meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Please sign in to My eBay and view your seller dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. If you have completed fewer than ten transactions as a business seller, this information will not appear in My eBay but you will receive email notification if your account falls below the minimum performance standards. Find out more about eBay’s seller performance standards.
  • The promotional rate does not apply to items listed and sold through WebInterpret with a start date prior to the date you received the promotional offer. Additionally, the promotional rate will not apply to items that are listed or completed after the Promotional Subscription Period. The promotional rate will not apply to items listed and sold outside the European Sales Booster.
  • Please note : At the end of the Promotional Subscription period your listings will remain live, unless there is a stock out or you chose to manually end these listings, incurring the regular fees. Your subscription to the European Sales Booster will continue and WebInterpret may contact you about further subscription and payments relating to the full service available (different subscription levels available). General terms
  • eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion. 
  • eBay also reserves the right to exclude users on the basis that their seller accounts have fallen below the minimum required seller performance standards or are in breach of eBay policies. Sellers should confirm eligibility by checking their account status on My eBay.
  • The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
