How to redeem this promotion

  1. List your items on eBay.co.uk
  2. When creating your listing, make sure you select eBay delivery – Shutl 1-day services
  3. Once your item has sold, select ‘Print Postage Label’ next to your sold item in my eBay. Here you can choose your preferred service (DPD or UPS)
  4. Print your postage label, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest DPD or UPS drop off point. You can find a list of all drop off points here: https://programme.ebay.co.uk/ebay_delivery_shutl/#rates-locations
  5. When using the eBay delivery powered by Shutl service, you don’t have to pay for your labels upfront. You will receive an invoice within 30 days for the labels you have used.

What is the promotion?

10% off seller rates for all DPD and UPS 1-day DROP OFF only services (UPS collection service is not included in the promotion), during the period 20 March 2018 from 00:00:01 GMT until 2 April 2018 23:59:59 GMT (Promotional Period).

This promotion is open to all registered eBay.co.uk sellers who select, purchase and print labels for eBay delivery – Shutl 1-day services during the Promotional Period.

Eligible deliveries to which this offer applies are:

(a) Parcels of the following sizes:
0kg – 2kg Small
0kg – 2kg Medium
2kg – 5kg
5kg - 10kg
10kg – 15kg

(b) 1-day services of Shutl via DPD and UPS

(c) The purchase of deliveries are made and labels printed on eBay delivery powered by Shutl – 1-day service during the Promotional Period

Listings will be eligible if they:

In purchasing the relevant delivery services, users will also be asked to accept and be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the eBay delivery powered by Shutl. Only PayPal is accepted as a payment method and you will be asked to set up a billing agreement with PayPal. After setting up a billing agreement, users will be charged automatically once per month for all deliveries under eBay Delivery powered by Shutl services.  Labels printed but not used will not be charged.

For this promotion, seller will receive an invoice within 30 days that will show the total charges including the discounted eligible labels purchased within the Promotional Period. Discounted prices include VAT. There is no minimum or maximum purchase quantity requirement. Delivery charges for other eBay delivery powered by Shutl services will be invoiced and due as normal from sellers. Standard eBay fees as well as other fees (insertion fees, listing upgrade fees) will apply. This offer applies to the services listed as eligible and cannot be transferred or applied to other eBay delivery services.

NOTE: Additional charges or any services purchased by sellers for the delivery services such as ‘proof of delivery’, ‘print label in store’ or ‘enhanced compensation’ will not be covered.
