What is the promotion?
Manually relist 1 item (that did not sell the first time) with a starting price of £0.99 on eBay.co.uk in an eligible category during the promotional period using the auction-style format without reserve price and receive a 30% discount on its final value fees when the item sells.
Please note: you must manually relist an item using the eBay relist function.

Also, you won’t pay an insertion fee for the manually relisted item. Feature fees will still apply and will be charged according to the eBay fees policy.

Where is it?

Who is eligible?
eBay.co.uk registered private sellers who have been invited to participate by email and are not below-standard sellers or otherwise restricted from selling. Participation is linked to the invited seller’s account and is not transferable. To take part in this promotion, sellers must be registered as resident in the UK.
When is it?
Valid until 7 days after receipt of the promotional offer.

Only a listing which starts during the promotional period is eligible. Please refer to “How do I get the promotional rate?” for more details.
How do I get the promotional rate?
  • The promotion is valid for the first manually relisted item only which goes live during the promotional period (or was previously scheduled to go live during the promotional period) on eBay.co.uk using the auction-style or auction-style with Buy it now option, in an eligible category with a starting price of £0.99.  Listings using the auction-style with Buy it now format will be charged the listing upgrade fee.
  • Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. If you’ve completed fewer than 10 transactions as a seller, this information will not appear in My eBay but you’ll receive email notification if your account falls below the minimum performance standards.   • If an item qualifies for the promotion and when the item sells, the invoice will indicate the 30% final value fee discount.
  • Participation in this promotion doesn’t exclude a seller from any other eBay price promotions (such as a zero insertion fee promotion) that may coincide (wholly or partially) with the promotional period of this promotion, provided the seller is eligible for that promotion as well.
  • PayPal and any other third-party fees still apply.
  • For an item relisted in 2 or more categories, only the insertion fee for the first category is included. Standard insertion fees will be charged for listing the same item for each additional category, according to the eBay fees policy.
  • Free listings in this promotion do not count towards your monthly 20 free listings.

  • New listings and listings that are automatically relisted during the promotional period.
  • Manually relisted items using the fixed price format.
  • Manually relisted items using the auction-style format with a starting price of £1 or more.
  • Items which are listed with a reserve price.
  • Feature fees apply and will be charged according to the eBay fees policy.
  • Final value fees apply for second chance offers.
  • Business sellers and/or PowerSellers.
  • All items listed in the Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles (9800) and Property (10542) categories. (However items listed in the Vehicle Parts & Accessories category are included.)
  • Items listed in the Classified format.
  • Multi-quantity listings.
  • Identical listings that don’t comply with our duplicate listings policy.
  • Any items listed that don’t comply with eBay’s listing policies or prohibited and restricted items policies.
  • Any item listed during the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period.
General terms
  • eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion. 
  • eBay also reserves the right to exclude users on the basis that their seller accounts have fallen below the minimum required seller performance standards. Sellers should confirm eligibility by checking their account status on My eBay.
  • The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
