What is the promotion?
Create and sell a minimum of three listings in an eligible category during the promotional period using the auction-style or fixed price format. If you sell at least three listings before the last date of this promotion as shown in the e-mail marketing communication, and the total selling price for the three listings (excl. shipping and fees) is at least £10, you will receive a coupon worth £10 which can be redeemed on eBay.co.uk when paying by PayPal, credit card, debit card, or PayPal Credit. Only listings which are created, go live, and sell during the promotional period are eligible. Before you create your listings, you need to have actively opted in to the promotion via the ‘Accept offer’ button shown in the e-mail marketing communication. All applicable fees such as insertion fees, listing upgrade fees, and final value fees still apply.

This promotion applies to listings on www.eBay.co.uk only.
Who is eligible?
Private sellers registered on www.eBay.co.uk who have received the e-mail marketing communication and have actively opted in to this promotion. Participation is linked to the seller’s account and is not transferable. Sellers must be registered as a resident in the UK.
About the coupon?
- You will receive the coupon if your listings have sold and been paid for in full by the last date of this promotion as shown in the e-mail marketing communication UK local time.
- The coupon code will be sent to you by email within six weeks after the promotional period has finished.
- The value of the coupon is £10 and it is valid until the date specified in the e-mail.
- The coupon does not require a minimum spend, but the whole amount of the coupon must be used in a single transaction. If the purchase price is below £10, the outstanding, unused amount will be lost.
- The coupon has no cash value and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged.
- The coupon code and further terms and conditions will be set out in the email, along with the applicable coupon terms and conditions.
Restrictions & exclusions:
- Only sellers whose eBay account meets eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible to participate in this promotion. Please sign in to My eBay and view your ‘Seller Dashboard’ to verify whether your account is currently meeting the required standards. The Seller Dashboard is available to all sellers. The detailed rating section is available to sellers who have received five (5) or more detailed seller ratings (“DSRs”). Find out more about eBay’s seller performance standards.
- Items must be sold, and paid for, during the promotional period. An item is defined as sold when it is paid for in full by the buyer.
- Items which were listed prior to the promotional period, even if they are scheduled to go live during the promotional period, and items which are relisted, do not count towards the minimum three required listings.
- Items sold and paid by any payment method other than PayPal, credit card, debit card, or PayPal Credit.
- Items sold within the promotional period but paid for by the buyer after the promotional period.
- Items sold and paid for by the buyer during the promotional period but where payment is reimbursed partially or totally at a later date due to a return or for any other reason.
- An item that is sold by an eBay account that is linked to the same postcode as the buyer of that item’s eBay account, even where the rest of the address is different. For example, where the house number or street name is different but the postcode is identical.
- Business sellers.
- Sellers who have been invited to participate, but have not actively opted in to the promotion via the ‘Accept offer’ button shown in the relevant e-mail marketing communication.
- Items listed in the ‘classified’ format.
- All items listed in the ‘Property’ and ‘Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles’ categories, which are not eligible categories. However, please note that items listed in the ‘Vehicle Parts & Accessories’ category are included.
- Listings that are identical to another listing and/or that don’t comply with our duplicate listings policy.
- Any items listed that don’t comply with eBay’s listing policies or prohibited and restricted items policies.
General terms:
- Any attempt to manipulate the promotion will lead to automatic exclusion from participation.
- eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
- eBay also reserves the right to exclude users on the basis that their seller accounts have fallen below the minimum required seller performance standards. Sellers should confirm eligibility by checking their account status on My eBay.
- The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
