What is it?
From Friday 22 October 2010 to Friday 31 December 2010 (UK time), sellers registered as a business on eBay.co.uk (and resident in the UK) who list item(s) using the Fixed Price-style format on eBay.co.uk in the following categories, will receive lower Final Value Fees per item listed (please see table below for details of the reduced final value fees):
Desktop PCs & Monitors, Laptops & Netbooks (within the Computing category) and Photography

When is it?
Friday 22 October 2010 00:00:01 until Friday 31 December 2010 23:59:59 UK time (promotional period).
What's included?
- Only items listed in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk using the Buy It Now (Fixed Price) formats are included.
- Only business registered sellers on ebay.co.uk resident in the UK are eligible for the promotion.
- Multiple-Item and GTC listings are included.
- Any item listing previously scheduled to start within the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.
- Only items correctly listed for sale in the Desktop PCs & Monitors, Laptops & Netbooks (within the Computing category) and Photography categories are included.
- Sellers can list items with any starting price to qualify for the promotion.
- If sellers re-list an item within the promotional period, which had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.
- Sellers can list as many items as they wish during the promotional period, these items will be eligible for the promotion, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
What's Excluded?
- All sellers not registered as a business on ebay.co.uk.
- Apart from the categories listed in the “What’s Included?” section, items listed in any other categories are excluded from the promotion.
- All formats, apart from those listed in the “What’s Included?” section, are excluded.
- Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
- Any item listed within the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- Any items listed which do not comply with eBay’s Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
- Only the Final Value Fee will be reduced. All other eBay selling fees will still apply at their standard rates, including but not limited to Insertion Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery Plus", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". - Good 'Til Cancelled items that renew after the promotional period are excluded.
Further information
- If the item qualifies for the promotion, the invoice will indicate to the seller that they have received the reduced Final Value Fee and have been charged the Final Value Fee at the reduced, promotional rate.
General terms
- eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
- The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- eBay reserves the right to exclude sellers whose accounts are not in good standing, including, without limitation, those with feedback below zero and overdue fees.
