Terms and Conditions

From 15th until 19th April 2013 (local UK time), eBay.co.uk business sellers who have been invited to participate by email or by a message in My eBay Messages, with Basic or Featured Stores who list up to 50,000 listings or up to their selling allowance limit, whichever is less, (with a price of £0.99 or more) in an eligible category using the Fixed Price format on eBay.co.uk will not pay an Insertion Fee per listing (Promotional Rate). Other fees will still apply.

Business sellers will automatically receive zero Insertion Fees when they list, re-list or renew items in Fixed Price format through the Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, eBay Mobile apps and most third-party tools.

To take part in this promotion, business sellers must be registered as resident in the UK and must have been invited to participate. Participation is linked to the invited business seller’s account and is not transferable. Please refer to "What's Included?" for more details.

From 15th April 2013, 00:00:01 until 19th April 2013, 23:59:59 local UK time (promotional period).

• Only items listed on eBay.co.uk using the Fixed Price format in an eligible category with a price of £0.99 or more are included.
• Once a business seller has reached 50,000 listings or up to their selling allowance limit, whichever is less, any items listed during the promotion period with a price of £0.99 or more will be charged standard Insertion Fees according to the eBay Insertion Fees Policy.
• Items with a price of £0.99 or more are included in the promotion. Please refer to “What’s Excluded?” for more details.
• Only business sellers whose accounts meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please refer to “What’s Excluded?” for more details.
• Items may be listed using the Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, eBay Mobile apps and most third-party tools.
• Any eligible item previously scheduled to go live during the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.
• During the promotional period, if business sellers re-list a 30 day listing or if a GTC listing automatically re-news, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion and be included in the 50,000 listings limit.
• For items listed in two categories, only the insertion fee for the first category will be eligible for the promotion. Standard Insertion Fees will be charged for listing the same item in a second category, according to eBay fees.
• Only business sellers registered on eBay.co.uk as resident in the UK and who are invited to take part are eligible. These business sellers will have been sent an email invitation to their provided email address or have received a message in My eBay Messages inviting them to participate.

• Any sellers who have NOT been invited to participate.
• Business sellers whose accounts do not meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Please sign in to My eBay and view your seller dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. If you have completed fewer than ten transactions as a business seller, this information will not appear in My eBay but you will receive email notification if your account falls below the minimum performance standards. • If you’ve registered after 15th March 2011 or have not listed any items for a while you may have a selling allowance of 10 items per month or of £650.00 per month (with respect to value of items sold), whichever is reached first, which you can increase. • Items listed with a price of less than £0.99 will be excluded from the promotion.
• All items listed in the "Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles" category. (However items listed in the “Vehicle Parts & Accessories” category are included.)
• Items listed in the "Property" category.
• Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy.
• Auction-style format listings, including Auction-style with Buy It Now upgrade.
• Fixed Price 30 day or Good ‘til Cancelled listings that are renewed or automatically renew outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for the zero Insertion fees.
• Any item listed during the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period does NOT qualify for the promotion.
• Any items listed which do not comply with eBay’s Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
• Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 0 pence (£0.00). All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery Plus" or "Subtitle"; See the full details about eBay fees.

• This promotion is not an offer to increase your selling allowance. If your selling allowance is less than 50,000, you will only be able to receive zero Insertion Fees up to the limit of your selling allowance.
• Fixed price items cannot be listed for a price of less than £0.99 and therefore are excluded from this promotion.

• eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
• eBay also reserves the right to exclude users on the basis that their seller accounts have fallen below the minimum required seller performance standards. Sellers should confirm eligibility by checking their account status on My eBay.
• The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
