Payments

To take advantage of the special offers you need to make immediate payment with PayPal. The items are still available to other buyers until your PayPal payment has been completed successfully.

Calculation of discounts

When you buy several items from a special offer a total discount will be calculated for your order. This total discount is displayed to you on the eBay item page and in the eBay checkout.

This total order discount will be applied against all the items that are purchased as part of this offer in proportion to their cost (excluding any postage and packaging charges).

You can view the final discounted prices for each item in My eBay on the 'Purchase History’ page.

Postage

All items offered in a special offer that share the same postage method, will be consolidated into one order. For items that are sold as part of a special offer based on the size of the order (e.g. examples 3a and 3b above), the P&P costs will be added up for each item.

Refunds

If you exercise your right to cancel an order from a Business Seller and return one or more of the items in a special offer, you shall receive at least the weighted discounted value of the item being returned (as displayed on the My eBay Purchase History page) as a refund from the seller.

The returns policy specified for each individual listing will apply to the return of each respective item. Please check individual listings for details of returns.

For purchases and buyers eligible for protection under the eBay Buyer Protection Policy, eBay will treat the cost-weighted discounted price of an item as the “full cost” of that item.
